The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a multi-level wrap-around shared garden (the patio adjacent to Taw River View is for the exclusive use of guests) with a decked area, lawn, several patio areas with furniture, firepit, and access down to river, and a designated parking space for one car. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and River Taw in 0.1 miles, and a pub in 0.2 miles. Taw River View is idyllic positioned to explore Devon. Note: Taw River View is attached to the owner’s property. Note: This property is not suitable for children under the age of 8 years. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead outdoors. Note: The garden is not enclosed and is shared with the owners. Note: The river is fast flowing and uncovered; please be cautious with pets and children.
