This is an amazing flat situated in Costa da Caparica, relatively close to the touristic centre and 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest beach. Ideal for a family, or a group to enjoy the wonderful mild Lisbon weather.



The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area ideal for relaxing or entertaining, and large windows that let in abundant natural light. Upstairs, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms and modern bathroom.

1) Check-in takes place at the flat from 15:00.

2) Check-out takes place until 11:00.



Please note that check-ins between:

7 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged

10 pm - 03 am : a late check-in fee of 40€ will be charged



At the time of check-out, guests must leave the flat relatively clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of the same amount as the booking.

First, Costa da Caparica is a paradise. This house was so perfect for the 6 of us (it sleeps 8, but I would not do more than 6). We had space and managed the 1 bathroom for all of us perfectly. The location is on a non-car street so it made the privacy so lovely. We could walk to the beach in 6 ish minutes and to so many amazing restaurants in less than 5 minutes. The people were all so friendly and above all, the house owners/management were SOOooooo kind, patient, responsive, helpful and accommodating. We had no issues at all. It was such a breath of fresh air to have an amazing house, amazing location, and wonderful customer service. I hope we can return again in 2027!! Thank you!! Some things to note: 1 bedroom sleeps 2 and has a door, 2 bedrooms sleep only 1 person each, and the 3rd level room sleeps 2 but does not have a door that closes in addition to the bedroom being attached to the balcony. There is no AC, so I would suggest to the management putting more fans in the house, but we were lucky enough to each have our own fan with us from camping prior to our arrival.

Vita Portucale - Costa Caparica. We knew that this would be a basic property for the price but we still expected everything to work. Sadly that was not the case. The TV didnt work, they told me to change the battery in the remote, nothing. They sent someone to look at it but he didnt have a clue. We were told it would be replaced, but it never was. No apology. Then the sockets stopped working. At one point we had one kitchen socket that worked; we were trying to boil the kettle, use the coffee machine, use the toaster and charge our phones from a single socket. We were told they knew about the problem, but couldnt do anything about it. They offered to send a cleaner, which was appreciated, but she took the cleaning products that I had bought away with her! Our bed collapsed in the night, communication about sending someone to fix it was poor. The shower leaked, so with 6 people showering we were mopping the floor constantly. There were no cleaning products, no dustpan, so no way of clearing sand and dirt from the floor. 1 teatowel, 1 tiny shower mat which was permanently soaking. Although it was a house for 6, there were no a set of 6 glasses, or wine glasses, limited seating on the terrace and table. some of these are very cheap, simple fixes to improve the guest experience, but lack of TV and power supply was very frustrating.

Das Häuschen war schön, die Nähe zum Strand perfekt und auch die Straße hatte was pittoreskes.Parkplätze waren schwierig.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
