Very spacious studio with good cooking facilities. Great neighbourhood to stay in, lots of different eateries, local supermarkets and shops - very safe. Easy walk to station for those coming by public transport and approx 15 minutes pleasant walk into the city centre. Owner very quick to respond to communication and check in via lock box.

Great flat for two

The flat was clean, well supplied and comfortable— but best for 2 adults. A third adult really can’t sleep comfortably on the snap out sofa. I would recommend it for 2. Good value

My friend and I had a great stay in this studio apartment. Good use of space and comfortable. Location was perfect. Easy walking distance to all the sites but not in the hub of college noise/parties. Added bonus being above a good coffee shop.

Holiday in Cambridge

Manager was easy to communicate with and the instructions for checkin were easy to follow. Flat was clean and well stocked. Our only complaints would be the outside noise in the evenings from neighboring restaurants and heavy footed people living above late at night. Would overall recommend this flat for a short term stay!

Great location, easy walk into Town center. Clean and tidy. Kitchen well stocked and fitted out . Shower needs attention and upgrading, difficult to find a constant hot Temperature. No soap/ shampoo holder on wall. Window locks needs maintenance to help both windows to lock properly and safely. We fitted our own new battery to the clock on the wall, because it wasn't working.

Apartment is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and convenient. Was worried at first due to interesting entry into the building but was very happy after entering the apartment. Only suggestion would be better lighting in the bathroom; it was quite dark. Would absolutely stay here again.

Solo Traveler who loved this flat

This flat was modern, clean, and in an excellent loaction. I walked everywhere I needed to go including to and from the railway station. I felt safe at all times in this flat and in the neighborhood as a solo female traveler. One downside to this flat is that noise carries so easily. Someone across the hall would clear their throat and I could hear it. However, noise was not an issue, all tenants were respectful and quiet. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend this flat.

Suggestions to improve

Sofa bed very uncomfortable with a bar down centre where one lays. Couldn't collapse one of the sofa legs, to revert back from bed. Blood stains on spare pillow and duvet. No instructions as to turn off subtitles on television. Would be good to have a few games available and maybe some leaflets on places to visit. No hooks in bathroom to hang clothes and no bath mat. Otherwise, lovely and clean and kitchen providing all facilities.

It's a shame we were not contacted during your stay, as we could have helped with the TV subtitles, places to visit and locating the mattress topper to make the sofa bed more comfortable. Upon checking with our housekeeper, a bath mat was left at the property on the towel rail. There was also no reports of any blood stains on the spare pillow/duvet. Best wishes, Peter
