Pros: Convenient location, 15-minute walk to underground, busses and shops around the corner, room to spread out. Cons: A bit rough around the edges. Though clearly a rental only property, new carpeting and paint is in order as well as some homier touches such as lamps next to the bed and in the living room. The kitchen is bare bones but adequate for simple meals. Having some basic cleaning supplies on hand, as well as additional supplies of paper towels and toilet paper would be helpful, as we had to purchase more halfway through our stay. A more thorough cleaning is also in order. We found debris from previous guests under the furniture as well as stains on furniture and carpet.

A little cleaning and general maintenance goes a long way.

General maintenance & cleaning would have improved our rating: There was not enough toilet paper or cleaning supplies when we arrived. Some supplies were delivered to us during our stay. A repair person came to the property halfway into our stay to repair a leaky faucet. We had not called him so it would appear one previous renters had stated that the tap was leaking. I asked him to fix the broken toilet seat while he was here. I did not feel like the property was particularly clean. The main areas of concern were in the main bathroom where there was mildew on the walls and what looked like rust & something unsightly behind the bathtub faucets & on the half glass partition attached to the tub. It really could use a good cleaning! There were long strands of hair on the blue bath mat which was a turn off. There were several areas where there was soiled worn carpeted areas. We would have swept but the broom in the unit was broken. Bonuses would have been having mattress covers for the beds, repairing the drywall in the bedroom and giving the windows some caulking, repairs and paint. Repair to the cracked window in the hall. Providing a garbage can with a lid that closed. Walls are thin so that you can hear everything the neighbour was saying in the bedroom by the 2 piece bath. We were unable to use the oven because the top burner was only working; unsure if it was broken or if a manual was needed. Tons of potential for this property IF work was done. 2-2.5/ 5.

Great stay in Fulham/London

We spent four nights at this wonderful flat in Fulham. Short walk to Baron's Court to take the tube throughout London. We loved the neighborhood and its local restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

Appartement propre, agréable, situé dans un endroit tranquille

Les lits étaient propres et confortables et la salle de bain ainsi que le living room de bonnes dimensions. Le gestionnaire des lieux a rapidement donné suite à nos demandes (des draps supplémentaires et une réparation de la toilette). La cuisine nous a semblé petite et aurait pu être un peu mieux équipée, mais nous n'avons fait aucune autre demande que celles indiquées plus haut. Il y manquait, entre autres, de grands bols pour cuisiner ou servir des plats, une essoreuse à salade, une cafetière électrique... (je n'aime pas les Bodum). Deux des quatre chaises de la cuisine étaient bancales. Nous avons donc mangé dans le salon et, malgré les quelques désagréments mentionnés, avons vraiment aimé notre séjour au 19 Humbolt Rd.

The house is set over 3 floors with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a WC. The second floor comprises a large lounge and a kitchen & family bathroom. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with a kingside bed, a sofa to lounge and a desk to work on. The lounge provides comfortable sofas and a smart TV with fast broadband. The kitchen is fully equipped whether you are staying a few nights or a whole month. This house provides comfort, location and convenience all in one place for your stay for leisure or business.
