Best Family Fall Trip

This is an amazing property! We have an annual neighborhood family fall trip and this is the first time we stayed in Grayton and shared a home. There were 5 families total and this house was perfect for all of us. All adults and kids were very comfortable. The house is beautiful, well equipped and in the most perfect location. We can't wait to stay here again!

Grayt stay on Grayton Beach

Bella waves is the best house we’ve rented on 30A. Only issues were with the golf cart brake and one of the beds. 360Blue was on it and quickly came out to fix the issues

We are a group of twelve friends who have enjoyed traveling together since our children were small. We have always enjoyed the quiet and picturesque beaches and towns along 30-A for our annual girl’s getaway weekend. Although we have stayed at many lovely houses, Bella Waves is by far one of our favorites. It’s lovely decor, spacious conversational areas and incredible gulf views are perfect for a relaxing time. We are already planning next year’s trip, and this house is at the top of our list!

Weekend to remember

Easy process for check in with constant updates prior to our stay. Great space for parking to host friends and always nice to have a golf cart for ride around the beautiful area. Great spot next door to Red Bar and only steps from the beach. The house was open and spacious ready with all amenities needed for a wonderful stay. Bedrooms and baths were all clean and ready for guests. And of course the pool off the living room makes for a great place to cool off and enjoy some drinks with friends. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Golf cart

The property was beautiful. The only issue we had was that the golf cart backfired many times while using it. It was embarrassing. When paying that much for the week at Bella Waves, the golf cart should have been better. We asked for another golf cart or someone to come fix it. That didn't happen.

Beautiful home, even better than the pictures! Restaurants and bars across the street and packed every night! Noise was bearable for most in our group. Gameroom area has a fosseball table and pinball machine, huge hit with the kiddos! Would definitely visit again!!

Fantastic property with great beach access in the heart of Grayton. Though across the street from the popular Red Bar, there was no issue from crowd or noise. We’d return anytime!

Everything was wonderful! We had a group down and booked Bella Waves and All Decked Out next door. The accommodations at Bella Waves were far better than All Decked Out. The majority of our crew squished into this rental on arrival after discovering the pool and kitchen at the other rental wasn't working properly. We had planned several events and dinners at our other rental but promptly moved these to Bella Waves. Definitely an excellent experience worth the booking!

Everything was amazing. Wonderful location, the home was equipped very nicely. The bunk room is wonderful and the non master bedrooms were a smaller beautiful version of the real thing. The only thing I would consider to make easier is the entertainment system. We had a Sonos app and were able to utilize the wonderful sound system but did not figure it out until day 3. I would recommend the home to anyone.

I rented Bella Waves for a women's retreat for 20 ladies. This house was even better than the pictures show. The view and location was incredible. The furnishings and decor were out of the pages of a magazine. We loved our stay and the 360 Blue team were very helpful with any questions we had during our stay. Girls' Trip!

Wow! What a wonderful trip to Grayton Beach! We came for a girls' trip (mom-cation) and had a blast. We had 15 people and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The house was gorgeous!!! You can tell every detail of the house was well thought out...from the laundry rooms to the amount of bathrooms to the high ceilings that made everything seem so open...it was all so perfect. The location could not have been better...right in the middle of everything. The one and only suggestion is for the beach chairs to be set up a little more spread apart from other houses' chairs. The beach is so huge, and it felt like we were all on top of each other. Great trip and we would love to come back!

We stayed at Bella Waves for a long relaxing beach vacation. Our party had 17 people and this home was able to accommodate all of us. The main floor “game” room was used by the kids and the adults occupied the second and third floor. At the start of our stay we were met by AL, a 360 Blue representatives with gifts from the home owners. The home is exquisite and we look forward to staying again.

What a great place to stay. We had 4 families staying in the house and had plenty of room. The whole house was built to accommodate a guests every need. An elevator to the 3rd floor. A large ice maker for your cooler, 6 washers and dryers, a great sound system. The pool looks small in the picture but was a good size we had 8 kids and 2 adults in it at one point and had plenty of room for more. The decks were great places to hang out after dinner. The third deck was very large and with the speaker system we were able to play some great music and enjoy the view of the water. A special note to 360 and all their staff what a great company. We had an issue with a hornets nest and they were out faster than Jimmy Johns delivery to take care of it. We had an issue with the air and they were there in about 20 min to correct the issue. First class service from 360 Blue. I have been to many properties, but this is the first time I could really write a review for both excellence in the home and the property.
