Dawn Patrol was the perfect place for a large family vacation! Close proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops! Grayton beach has a more laid back neighborhood vibe where the kids could ride bikes and we all enjoyed morning walks. The Host was prompt with any concerns or questions. Pool was smaller than expected but the kids didn’t mind and loved that it was covered and out of the sun. Master bedroom has a wonderful view of the sunset and stars at night! Would definitely come back!

Our family chose this home for the location and the number of bedrooms, as we were there for my son’s wedding. It was perfect for our needs. There was only one negative factor and that was the property that sits in front of the ocean view, for it is a bit of an eyesore, but that is no fault of the property management. To choose a place to stay again, we would not hesitate to work with this management team! We had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic house in an amazing location! We have been coming to Grayton for 11 years, and this house and location are the best we have ever encountered! The views are gorgeous, and the house was comfortable, clean and spacious. Would 10/10 recommend!!

Dawn Patrol was a very nice house and in a great location. Loved the golf cart and it was well stocked. The pool is covered but it was great for our grandchildren to get out of the sun. They loved it! We did have trouble with the deck doors on every level. They would not open so maintenance had to come fix them. It was something they should have fixed before they knew they were having guests. Also the oven and freezer did not work quite right and the ice maker is very slow. That made it hard for a house that size and that holds that many people who need ice! Overall it was a fun stay at the beach.

Dawn Patrol was great!

Outstanding property and really loved it! Perfect for larger groups, great location for beach and restaurants, overall was as expected and we had an awesome week! The only con was a lack of ice makers (only one small one in kitchen fridge).

Spring break!

The house is beautiful and in the perfect location in Grayton. Everything was clean, newer and well maintained. All rooms were well decorated and upscale. We had a small issue with the oven and the manager had someone out in 20 minutes. Getting to the beach is just a short walk as the access is right behind the property. Red Bar and Chiringos are right next door. Overall we had a blast. The pool left something to be desired. The area was fully enclosed and felt dark. Sand was blowing into the water as well. Nonetheless we had a great time and the house worked out great.
