`We just spent a wonderful week at Halycon Hideaway. From the moment we stepped in the house we knew it was going to be a great vacation. The house itself is beautiful with plenty of space for our group of 8. The location is perfect for walking or riding bikes to the beach or into Seaside. The pickleball court was an added bonus and we used it everyday. Mitch and his team did a wonderful job and are very easy to work with. - Accessibility: Three steps up to the first floor lead into the home; stairs connect the first and second floor, and 5 bedrooms on the first floor.
- Safety & Cleaning: The home does have inside noise/crowd-gathering sensors and cameras (Cameras are over the front parking/entry and over the back deck for security). Security cameras monitor the pool and entry areas, and the home follows PMI - Purify’s advanced cleaning protocols.
- Guest Screening: ID verification, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background check.

Guest Screening: For the protection of you and others. Guest is required to give host permission to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases prior to final confirmation of the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the host.
-All bookings include $1,500 of Accidental Damage Protection. Guest agrees to pay for all damage and missing items not otherwise paid for by Accidental Damage Coverage, security deposit, or other form of payment.
