We had a Family Reunion of 14 and it was most perfect. Location to the beach was accurate in description. Having a golf court to run around in was very convenient also. Our little ones so enjoyed the pool. So much the family may have to build on in DC when the get back. Would stay here again.

Destin near Seaside

Great location and beautiful house. A few hiccups but the management company did a fabulous job responding immediately. Thank you.

The house was very nice, large and great location! The kitchen was NOT stocked very well except for dinnerware, silverware and glassware! No crockpot, blender (we had to buy both), just a couple of knives, etc. No ice maker in kitchen (it was broken) and bottom tub/shower had no hot water, so never used! Also, the bikes were terrible! Small pool had a lot of algae in it! Third floor south bedroom was hot (we left curtains closed all the time), still warm! One other bedroom was hot, but don’t remember which one! We really loved the ping pong table and elevator (for older folks and unloading/loading cars! The fourth floor very larger den/bar area had no glassware, etc.

The property was in a great location and plenty spacious. The beach access is directly across the street and super close. It was clean and had plenty of bath essentials. The A/C units worked great. The pool is more like a small plunge pool, nothing big. Pics were a bit deceiving. The golf cart was a perfect amenity for getting around the area. We used it daily. Make note: the address they provide will potentially take you to a different location about 15 miles up the road. We requested to check in about an hour early with no luck and the customer service person answering the phones at the property management office was less than friendly and caring.
