The house was beautiful but needed a little extra cleaning love but nothing major. You definitely needed a golf cart to go to the beach. The closest beach entrance is eastern lake but you would have to wade in water to get to the beach. Ramsgate is just down the street but you can’t park at the entrance. You have to park at the public parking down the street. All in all a wonderful place with lots of room. Our kids loved the heated pool! We will be back.

House is great! With every bedroom having a bathroom is great. Also the downstairs living room area having a full bath was a nice addition! I feel the online photos make the house seem a little smaller than it really is. I was pleasantly surprised on how spacious the house was as a whole. Living areas and bedrooms. Bigger than I had thought. Our family had a wonderful stay.

We greatly enjoyed the property. The kitchen was lacking in adequate cookware to accommodate a house that can sleep 18 people. A couple of large pots and a few dish towels would have been helpful. Everything else was perfect for our family.

Thank you for the review of Symphony! We're happy to hear that you and your family greatly enjoyed the home. While we're surprised to hear that the kitchen inventory did not meet your needs, as most guests find it to be well stocked for large groups, we wish you would have mentioned it during your stay so we could have provided additional cookware and kitchen items. In the end, we're glad to hear that everything else was perfect for your family. We'd love to welcome you back to the Emerald Coast anytime!

Huge house - Great stay

Property was just as described - we enjoyed the flexibility of multiple bedrooms/bathrooms - everyone had their own space. The pool was fantastic! Golf cart was fun too! Owner was responsive.

House was beautiful and very well kept. The pool was very nice. Having the golf cart was nice to get back and forth to the beach. The only complaint was the golf cart was jacked up high which made it difficult for some of our family to get on and off.
