Another Great Stay at Seaspray

Second time staying here! An amazing house for a big group of guys. Right on the beach, very spacious, a walk to Red Bar and other restaurants/bars. We will be back!

The proximity to the beach is excellent, huge pool, fun game room and the dock connecting to the lake behind the house is such a nice amenity too. It's nice to have the game room in addition to the large living area on the second floor. The owner/manager lives down the street and was easy to deal with throughout the entire process and our stay.

The most incredible house and experience at Grayton Beach, FL

We came here for my bachelorette, and working with Mr. Cole... he made everything so effortless and enjoyable for us. He went out of his way to ensure that our experience was more than worthwhile. The house was extraordinary, fitting 16 people so comfortably. We look back to that trip and say that it was the best vacation yet, and we truthfully believe one of the main reasons was because of how amazing the house was. My family plans to return to Grayton Beach and rent Seaspray because of how much we have been raving about the bachelorette trip and based off the pictures we showed them from the house. There is not one negative thing I can say about my experience with Seaspray, and every single one of my bridesmaids on the trip would agree. We will 100% be returning!!!!!!!!

Overall fantastic

The rental company is fantastic! Communication is excellent. This property is perfectly located and appointed. The main negative thing is that we had WIFI issues immediately and they were communicated by me immediately and was never resolved. This is not a big deal if you don’t require an internet connection. We had 4 dads who needed to work and were unable to do so. That would have been a game changer had we known in advance. Secondly, the layout of the rooms was perfect and the kitchen is amazing with Subzero, Wolf, and fully stocked. Then there was the living room furniture which was actually patio-like furniture and 4 chairs that are just not comfortable. For a house that sleeps 20+ people, it would have been just perfect if there was better/more furniture to sit around in the evenings.

Thank you for your review of this fantastic property Seaspray which is a Grayton Beach favorite! We were happy to provide you with the wifi next door while we waited on the local service provider mediacom to address the issue with wifi. They came out and replaced the line to the street and all the connections. We also just installed a Google Nest System throughout the home so the wifi is one of the best in any home in Grayton. The living room furniture (Palecek sofa and Four Season club chairs) was picked by a local Interior designer and are very comfortable. With 4 club chairs, sofa, 7 bar stools, and 10 dining room chairs all in the same room its easy for big gatherings in the main kitchen and living area. Great Gulf/lake views, large pool, dock on the lake and very close to the beach this is one of our best rental homes.

Great House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented SeaSpray for an 8-member, adult professional gathering, and this house fit us to a T. Plenty of space to spread out for privacy, but also very functional common areas for gathering. I would imagine it to be equally good for large family gatherings. The views off the front ad back decks are different, but both spectacular. Bedding is comfortable, baths are well appointed, and having two dishwashers and refrigerators is a big plus. We made ample use of the game room downstairs, and the location is great, walk to everything. Jenny is very easy to work with on reservations and very responsive and helpful with questions. We had one very small WIFI issue caused by a previous tenant that was addressed and fixed very, very quickly by the manager, Cole. He is a good person to know and talk to about the area. We are returning again same time next year and look forward to our stay.
