In a quiet residential area of the village of San Rafael, Villa Beatrisa is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and beautiful mountain views.
San Rafael sits on the main road between Ibiza town and San Antonio and is home to some of Ibiza’s best restaurants and clubs. Villa Beatrisa successfully marries this great location with a peaceful vibe throughout its homely living spaces and attractive garden.
The 10m x 6m L-shaped pool has two depths – a deeper one for swimming and a shallower area perfect for toddlers and young children. Pull up a poolside lounger to soak up some Ibizan sunshine, or chill on a daybed in the sun-drenched gardens.
On the terrace, you can relax in the hot-tub. Doors lead inside from the wide shaded terrace next to the house.
A spacious lounge with soft sofa seating and an open fireplace opens straight onto the terrace. Tiled floors lead through to a colourful kitchen with breakfast table, seating five.
A mezzanine covered terrace area, accessed via the kitchen, provides extra external space for relaxing and dining.
Two double bedrooms and two twin rooms, provide comfortable guest accommodation – making this Ibizan villa a great choice for families.
