We had to adjust our trip based on flight changes and the owner was very accommodating as was the building supervisor. Had trouble with the WiFi the first night and they were very prompt in responding and getting it corrected. Location is very convenient to Waterloo and other tube stations. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was fabulous, walking distance to all of London major attractions. The apartment could of been cleaner and better equipped. But the communication with the host was easy.
We booked this stay last-minute after one on another platform fell through, and were so pleased to have found it! Less than a ten-minute walk to a couple of tube stations and 15-20 minutes to Big Ben. Clean linens and comfortable beds. The manager was responsive and able to arrange for an early check-in for a very reasonable charge, which was most welcome after a long flight. Thanks!

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay at our apartment.
Our apartments are excellently located in the heart of London and so close to all the main London attractions, so we are glad you enjoyed this.
We hope to see you again in the near future. Till then, best wishes and stay safe!
We were located on the second floor of a 6 storey building. There is 1 unit per floor. There is an elevator. It is a handyman special in a great location. It has lots of potential but a ways to go. Provided 2 sets of keys for 2 couples. The kitchen was clean - small fridge, oven, gas stove, microwave and clothes washer. The clothes dryer is an old metal rack that should be replaced. There are glasses, wine glasses, plates and bowls and cutlery. However, there were no dishes to prepare meals in the oven. Upon messaging management, we had a new baking dish (chicken strips/fries etc.) outside our door the next morning. The stopper in the kitchen sink was broken and that was quickly supplied by management as well. Great service. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and on the street side. Beds were very comfortable, sheets starchy. Bedroom door handles/locks need replacing as non existent. Bedroom windows do not block the outside noise; we used the portable fans for white noise. We could also hear the noise from the subway tunnels underneath the building every 4 minutes all day and until trains stopped late at night. There is no air conditioning. Can't beat the location of the unit as it is walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, Waterloo Train station and other metro stations. Looking past fact that lots of updates are required, I would stay there again, due to the location and management's service. Okay for those on a budget.
Hosts were excellent - very communicative and helpful. Beds and linens were good. Unit was clean. Overall as described. Very tight bathroom, no counter / vanity space at all (not atypical though). We would have really liked a coffee / Nespresso machine! We're early morning coffee drinkers and the Pret and Black Sheep, while close, were not open as early as we wanted and it required getting dressed and a short walk. Sparsely appointed seating - just a loveseat in living room, so we sat at the dining table mostly.
Location was good for us, might be less ideal if you don't want to walk. Very short walk to south bank of Thames, great for a morning run. Depending on walking speed, 10-15 min walk to nearest tube - Waterloo (not a ton of quick access to what we wanted) or Blackfriars (over the bridge). Easy bus to Borough Market area. 20+ minute walk over Westminster Bridge to Big Ben / Parliament.
Overall, good place for us and would recommend depending on what you're looking for. We spent very little time in the unit overall, just a place to sleep and get ready for the next day's adventures. Enjoy!

Good location, apt needs a lot of work
Check in process was ok, but I was charged an extra 60 to check in 2 hours early, which is almost ¼ of the full day price! The apt was on the 5th floor & is one of 6 almost identical apartments. I actually made my reservation for the apt on floor 6 as it had a small balcony, but was told that was already taken, which felt like a bait and switch. The building had an elevator, which was very convenient, but it did break down a couple of times, so we had to use the stairs. The ground floor hallway smelled of urine. The flooring in the kitchen and living room was in bad shape. Lots of damage and loose boards. There were broken tiles in the kitchen and bathroom, & the caulk was coming off the counters.Unfinished drywall just looks terrible.Broken door latches that should have been replaced. Both showers suffered from uncontrolled hot-cold temperature changes. It was very difficult to get a consistent temperature. There must be something wrong with the drains, because the bath tub would fill up with 4 inches of water while showering. This made it extremely slippery and I actually fell over the first time I used it. Thankfully I was not hurt, just very shocked. One person used the futon in the living room to sleep on, but there were no curtain on the window (just a cream colored blind) so it was very bright because the office building nearby kept all of their lights on at night, and they said they had difficulty sleeping.
