Überteuerter Bungalow in schöner Lage, Sauberkeit ausbaufähig
Der Bungalow liegt schön und ruhig. Die Sauberkeit im Objekt ist ausbaufähig: Staubflusen unter Betten undMöbeln, tote Insekten im Bettwäschepaket, verschmutztes Besteck in der Kücke, Sofa offensichtlich schon länger in Gebrauch.
Der Schnitt des Bungalows, die Terasse und Garten sind sehr schön. Strand in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotzdem ist der Preis für Größe, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit deutlich zu hoch.
