Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps 6, 4 min walk to the beach.
Charming villa in tranquil, cul de sac location, only 4 -5 min easy, not steep( which is unusual for Moraira) walk to the sandy blue flagged El Portet beach with several cafes and restaurants to choose from.
About 10-15 min walk or 2 min drive along the cliff top with the most stunning views of the Bay below will take you to the central Moraira, where more dining and shopping options are available, as well as 2 more beaches.
Just some 100 m only to the beachfront Manet hotel
and the mini supermarket/bakery shop, offering the essentials, chilled drinks and fresh bakery.
Apart of beautiful beaches, the area has many hiking trails, mountain bike tracks and golf to offer.
The villa itself has everything needed for a relaxing holiday.
Sitting behind tall wooden gates, with a large wraparound garden, fully walled, bursting with palms, shrubs, cypresses and bougainvillea, Les Rocailles offers private pool, BBQ area with table for six and both sunny and shaded terraces.
The large pool terrace has a table for dining with six chairs and a separate area where six sun loungers are spaciously accommodated.
The pool has outdoor shower, Roman steps for access and maintained twice a week during summer months.
All three bedrooms and the open plan living room are air conditioned and also cooled by ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully fitted, including the necessary dishes/utensils, oven, hob, dishwasher and full size fridge/freezer.
In addition, there’s a separate dining room with the French doors to the covered terrace, which could easily double as a quiet office space.
There’s a laundry room in the basement with a washing machine and a clothes dryer.
The amenities include free WiFi, satellite tv with dvd/cd player, parking on premises, air conditioning, baby cot and baby chair, the linen and the towels are included as well.

Relaxing holiday

Beautiful relaxing stay ideal location no hills . Air con was extremely welcome and communication was excellent. Only 20-30 min walk into the centre which was fantastic and we did almost every night . The restaurant at the the end of the street La casita is also fabulous would recommend their bbq nights. Thanks for a great stay

Lovely villa, great location

Really lovely villa, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Plenty of different seating areas and lovely pool. Very peaceful. About a five minute walk to the El Portet beach and about a ten minute drive into Moraira. Everything we needed was there for us.

Fabulous property

Gorgeous property with absolutely stunning and beautifully kept grounds! Spotlessly clean and the highlight for us was the gorgeous pool area. A genuine five minute walk to our favourite El Portet beach where you can enjoy a glass of sangria overlooking the sea. Twenty minute walk into Moraira town along the picturesque coastal path. Host Galina and Manager Daniela very responsive. Would 100% recommend.

Wonderful in every way

We had a superb week in El Portet. The house is beautiful. Gorgeous pool and pool area. Lovely shaded seating areas and bbq area. Kitchen with everything you need. The garden in particular is just lovely with stunning bougainvillea and cacti. The location is spot on - a 4 minute walk to the beach, a handful of restaurants and a local shop serving freshly baked bread in the mornings. About 20 mins along the stunning coastal path to pretty Moraira and a wealth of restaurants, tapas bars and shops. We absolutely loved it and will be back!

Lovely villa, great location

The villa and pool are beautiful, spacious and well designed for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor spaces are amazing with a covered balcony to relax out of the sun. The garden is well maintained and spacious. The rooms were comfortable and suitable for the 6 adults. The location is perfect. We have visited El Portet for many years but this is our favourite place so far. No hills to battle with in the heat! The owner Galina and local contact Danielle were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Where we did need to make contact they were quick to respond to resolve. A short walk from the beach and it's lovely and quiet. The walk to Moraira is always part of the holiday and the villa is well placed for this stroll in the evening. I would highly recommend!

Schöne Villa in Strandnähe

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit einer herrlichen Gartenanlage. Die Ausstattung ist reichlich. Wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt nur empfehlen. Der Strand El Portet ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, was sehr vorteilhaft ist, da die Parkplätze dort sehr begrenzt und schnell belegt sind.

Amazing location

We had a fabulous holiday in this lovely villa. The photos of the garden and pool area do not do it justice at all, it is huge and well maintained. The pool area exceptional and despite being quite overlooked it felt private. The inside could do with updating but that was not issue as we spent nearly all our time outdoors. All communication with Pamela was great and she is very friendly. There is a friendly bar and restaurant 2 minutes walk away and just a little further an idyllic beach with calm clear seas that boasts another 3 restaurants. There is a small supermarket at the end of the road and a large supermarket 5 minutes drive away. We spent a few days exploring some of the gorgeous towns and villages near by. We are looking forward to coming back and visiting more of this area.

perfect spot next to fabulous beach

The villa is in a perfect spot to take advantage of the beach and is in easy reach of the beautiful town of Moraira. Kitchen is very well equipped and there are plenty of areas outside for sunbathing by the pool or taking shelter during the hottest part of the day. A wonderful location and we hope to be back there again before too long.

Location location location

Our second year staying at this great property. We are a family with two kids under 3. The location of les rocailles is fantastic as you are just a 5 min walk from the beach and about 20 mins walk into moraira. The house is well equipped and the grounds are great for the kids to run around in. It’s well maintained and Tanya who looks after the property is super helpful and kind. There was a big storm during our stay and she proactively updated us on the local weather reports. Once the kids are in bed you can enjoy some peace outside on the terrace with a takeaway paella from Oasis and a tipple or two. Comfortable beds and linens and CBeebies on tv for those challenging times with toddlers(!) Thanks again for a lovely holiday.

Fabulous Five Star Plus Villa.

Just loved this villa. It was even better than the photos & description. I chose this villa initially for its location as it was a couple of minutes walk to El Portet & an easy 10/15 minute walk into Moraria & I did not want to have to use the car. The villa itself was immaculate and spacious, very well equipped and felt like home as soon as we walked in. The pool and outside garden were immaculate. It was so relaxing by the pool looking out onto the garden with its pretty shrubs and trees. The outside BBQ area was well used by us and had a fabulous atmosphere in the evenings overlooking the lit pool area. The terrace with its comfy seats was so relaxing first thing in the morning with a coffee before everyone woke & last thing in the evening ( this time with wine or 43!!) I can’t recommend this villa enough. I stayed here with my three adult children & it was ideal for us. We all agreed that we had an amazing family holiday. We would love to return again next year.

Fantastic base

This was our second stay here as a family and yet again the villa did not disappoint. The area is still as gorgeous as ever and we had an amazing time as we did the first time we stayed. Our girls, 6 and 3 love the pool and lizard hunting in the garden at night. Moraira/El Portet are such a lovely places and only ever change for the better every time we stay. Stunning Villa

The villa is stunning and has everything you could possibly need! The grounds and pool are massive and beautiful! Pamela was so helpful when we were booking and Tricia who comes to change bedding etc was lovely too. We had such a lovely time - thank you again!

Exceeded all expectations!

This villa is even better than it looks in the photos. The garden and pool area is huge. Everything in the house is immaculate so we wouldn't hesitate to visit again or recommend this villa to others. It was our first time in the area and it is stunning. El Portet beach is 3 minutes walk from the house and is straight from a postcard. 15 minutes away is Moraira which is a gorgeous up market but yet down to earth place. We'll be back!

A Wonderful Villa

The Villa is in an excellent position , very close to the beach and only a 20 min stroll into Moraira. The swimming pool at the Villa is excellent with plenty of space to relax either in the sun or shade. Pamela the owner has been extremely helpful and it's great that she supplies beach towels on top of the normal linen etc. We were so impressed that we are looking to book the property again.

Einfach zum Wohlfühlen!

Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen. Von der Buchung bis zur Übergabe der Schlüssel nach unserem Aufenthalt verlief alles perfekt. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Anlage ist großzügig und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und eine echte Alternative zum Strand. Das Haus liegt ca 250 Meter vom Strand in El Port entfernt in einer Sackgasse. Die Ruhe ist jederzeit spürbar. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

Special place

Lovely villa in a great location for the sparkling El Portet beach. Spacious, well equipped, a stunning pool and pretty gardens...can't be faulted. The weather was very hot however, so caution advised if you are troubled by this... It's a great area to explore, up the coast to Denia and inland to the mountains. Highly recommended as a holiday base especially for families and couples who like a relaxed time.

Superb villa in a top location

We loved this delightful villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. It's a great location just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the local shop where you can buy all the essentials. We were 4 adults and found the villa spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay. The pool was perfect, probably the best we've ever had on any of our villa holidays, and we spent our evenings under the lovely covered terrace. We really enjoyed lunches in Moraira (particularly at Eleven Restaurant) which is a short drive or 15 minutes walk away. Communication from the owners was good and I would recommend this villa to my friends and family.

Excellent....Great Location

We were lucky enough two stay here for two weeks in July with our two girls aged 1 and 4. We all had a fantastic time. The villa was everything we could have asked for. Our eldest daughter adored the pool and loved lizard hunting in the gardens at night. The villa is in the perfect location within walking distance to everything you could want. We cannot wait to go back again and our daughters.....and we were sad to leave. Thanks for a great holiday. By far one of the lovliest villas we have stayed in.

Splendid!

We had a wonderful week here this summer. True to the description, El Portet beach was a few minute's casual stroll away. Whilst small, the beach offers a gentle slope to swimming depth into clear water. Take a snorkel; the fish don't mind! The house itself was ideal for a family and the kitchen was very well equipped. We experienced beautiful weather in the low 30s. Any hotter and we would have struggled without full air-conditioning in the bedrooms. With 2 terraces at the sides, there is plenty of scope for relaxation. However, the star of the show is the beautiful pool, as warm as a baby's bathwater. Communication with the owners was first rate and I must mention Tanya (who cleans the house) who was a great source of comfort and advice when I suffered a minor injury. El Portet is a super village that has a well stocked shop (in season) selling fresh bread daily, plus a pharmacy. We loved the casual dining experience of Oasis in the village; such friendly people and good, authentic cuisine. Moraira is a 15 minute walk and offers everything you could possibly need - clothing, pocket-money souvenirs, ice-cream parlour, oyster bar, doctor, Friday market.... A car is useful but not essential. I highly recommend this property and the locale. Thank you for our lovely holiday... it was exactly what we needed.

Excellent villa, ideal location, just perfect.

Four adults staying in the villa comfortably. The villa has good size rooms, a kitchen area that's equipped well enough and suitable eating space. We enjoyed a few nights watching movies and relaxing in comfort. The bbq area is really nice, enough cooking space on the bbq for 6 adults with a good size table and chairs. Ideal position for the pool, as it was in the sun most of the day until the evening, then a little shaded, nice shady area for the outdoor table and chairs. The villa's location is in a quiet road and a five minute easy walk to El Portet and fifteen minute easy walk to Moraira. A taxi back from Moraira was approx €7 although you can get the little train. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa.
