LovelyStay needs some fixing
It was very difficult to get answers from the management company (LovelyStay). Link to pay did not function and I had to contact them several times before I was sent a new one.
When I arrived, the bathroom sink did not drain and two kitchen drawers were stuck. I was asked to send pictures - which I emailed - but the company wanted them on What’s App (which I don’t use) to “chat” about the problems. It took two days to get somebody to come and fix them.
The kitchen had only dishes, not even salt and pepper or few other staples. We had to invent out own coffee maker as the one was a nespresso machine that we could not find pods to match. No information what brand and size to buy.
We stayed 9 days and were promised a mid-stay cleaning. Never happened. No change of towels, no extra garbage bags, one kitchen towel and small roll of paper. We had to buy more. No clothes pins either to hang clothes on the balcony line.
The apartment as such was fine, shower was good and beds quite comfortable.
The booklet promised information about the appliances but there was nothing. The wifi cut off twice as did electricity. Luckily I noticed where the electricity panel was and knew what to do.
