Holiday home with a panoramic view of the Åstfjord. Final cleaning included in the rent. Cozy holiday home with fireplace in the living room. TV: Allente for Norwegian and Nordic channels and Astra1 for German and international channels. Internet for streaming. There are single beds in the bedrooms, and a double bed. By the holiday home there is billiards, darts, and an outdoor football goal. 150 m to swimming area from wharf and shallow beach. Just over an hour by car to the center of Trondheim with popular attractions such as the Nidaros Cathedral, the Archbishop's House, and the piers and buildings from the mid-18th century on both sides of the river Nidelven. The fjords in the area and the Åstfjord have sheltered waters for fishing all year round and are good fishing fjords. In the months of February to May and September to November, there are larger quantities of fish in the Hemnefjord and further out. This applies to cod, pollock, flounder, haddock, big pollock etc. Distance to marina, 150 m. Filleting area for fish with light and water in the basement of the holiday house. Boat for rent: 1x 23-foot Dolmøy230 with 90 HP Mercury, GPS/chart plotter/sonar, 8 rod holders. Payment for extras like boat etc can be done with creditcard on spot.
