Nice apartement with seaside

The look at the boulevard and the sea. The chairs at the eat table were noisy while they were replaced.

Views.

Had an amazing stay at this apartment. The views, the sound of the ocean, the location all fantastic. There's all you need in the apartment. Buy tea towels etc in Benidorm as There's none provided. The beds were ok. I cleaned the apartment as there was quite a bit of sand in the shower, living room etc, but it is next to the beach. If your flight home is later, than There's no place for your luggage as you have to vacate by 10.00 and you have no key to get back in. You can leave your luggage at the office but not sure what time if closes, and it is a 20 minutes walk. I would highly recommend this place and I would love to return, but it's very difficult to get availability. P.S. there was a lot of renovation in the apartment above, so very noisy for 3 day's, hopefully it will be finished very soon. Leave a starter pack. Provided a dedicated luggage storage. The towels were small, and not changed in 8 days, but I washed them myself, no problem.

En mi estancia del 18/10/23 al 01/11/23, en este apartamento, ha sido satisfactorio. en la agencia la persona que me atendió fue muy amable. Tuve un problema con la lavadora y me solucionó esa misma mañana, un 10 para ella.

Heel fijn en licht appartment. Goed uitgerust.

De zonnige en warme serre die zicht gaf op hele boulevard. Rustig ondanks centrale ligging. Goed meubilair en bedden. Keuken compleet. De bediening van keramische kookplaten was lastig. Wij vonden het heel vreemd dat je wel online moest inchecken maar van ons verwachtte om naar het kantoor te komen voor een sleutel. Nog nooit mee gemaakt. Uiteindelijk dit in goed overleg telefonisch opgelost.

Ubicación, vistas Cobrar el A/C a parte me parece de vergüenza y más al precio de 10 euros día. Si lo bajan a 3 correcto

Hola. Gracias por su visita y comentarios. La información del apartamento indica claramente que está incluido y que es opcional Y SU PRECIO, antes de hacer la reserva. Hay clientes que no usan aire acondicionado y no tienen por que pagar por algo que no usan. El precio el que nos indica el propietario y por su puesto le transitiremos su opinión y su propuesta de precio Un saludo En cuanto al precio

Perfecta ubicación

Primero la gran profesionalidad, atención y amabilidad de Mª José. La limpieza con la que encontramos el apartamento, y damos las gracias al personal de limpieza. La ubicación del apartamento, cerca de todo. Todo perfecto, quizás por decir algo, algún cojín en las sillas, pues están algo hundidas.
