The apartment has 2 bedrooms with dedicated double beds (140X2 & 150X2) and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is en suite.

The apartment has a dining area, a living room, a cosy but fully equipped kitchen and two balconies.

It offers a flat screen TV in the living room, A/C throughout, a washing machine and a clothes drying rack.

It is located on the elevated ground floor. There are two steps to enter the building and nine steps to reach the apartment.

Apartment NV8 is situated in the upscale neighborhood of Kolonaki, just a 12-minute walk to Syntagma Square and the “entrance” to the historic Plaka district.

Syntagma Metro Station – on the blue line- is a direct line to Athens International Airport and the main port of Piraeus.
The surrounding area is rich in amenities, including a variety of bakeries, supermarkets, and excellent restaurants just steps away.

Culture lovers will appreciate the close proximity to two of Athens' most important museums—the Benaki Museum and the Museum of Cycladic Art—as well as a vibrant selection of contemporary art galleries.

Early check in or late check out
We are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability. Please note that the official check-in time is by 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Late check in
For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service for airport pickup and apartment check-in. Fares up to 23:00 are €45 for a standard taxi and €90 for a minivan, payable directly to the driver. (Different rates apply after 23:00 and for port transfers.)

Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, a member of our staff will meet you there. Please note that a late check-in fee of €20 is payable upon arrival.
