Welcome to Apartment SG69 – a unique, spacious residence offering great views of the Acropolis, Filopappou Hill, and even the sea!
With three bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, the apartment is ideal for families, couples traveling together, or groups of friends who want to share a space without giving up comfort or privacy.

Whether you're preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, sitting out on the balcony, or relaxing in the living room, the apartment offers a calm and comfortable setting to unwind during your time in Athens.
The apartment also offers excellent internet speed, it is fully air conditioned and 14-min walk to:
• Acropolis Museum
• Start of the pedestrian path to Acropolis Hill
• Historic Plaka neighbourhood

It is located on the 6th floor of a primarily office-use building and has elevator access.

Syngrou-Fix station (red line) is 4 minutes away and across the street (Koukaki area) you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes and all kinds of shops.

We are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability. Please note that the official check-in time is by 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Late check in
For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service for airport pickup and apartment check-in. Fares up to 23:00 are €45 for a standard taxi and €90 for a minivan, payable directly to the driver. (Different rates apply after 23:00 and for port transfers.)

Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, a member of our staff will meet you there. Please note that a late check-in fee of €20 is payable upon arrival.

Great space for a family vacation

We enjoyed our time together in this beautiful city. We’re a group of siblings and spouses, so the bedroom and bathroom combination was perfect. We enjoyed the deck at night, and the apartment has all necessities and was very clean. It’s well located for visitors to enjoy PLAKA as well as the Acropolis.

We were so very happy with everything about this place.. cleanliness, location and comfort. It was perfect for us 5.. very close to plaka and very safe location. I would make sure to buy napkins or paper towels when you get there. It was very hard to clean up anything. Other than that. We loved it! The balcony was my favorite!

Perfect home base in Athens

The apartment is perfectly located in a non-touristy neighborhood with walking distance to amazing restaurants, solid grocery stores, and ancient attractions. Property managers were very responsive and helpful; they arranged great airport transport. All our adventures were a short cab ride away, and our lovely home base promised a beautiful and ever-present view of the Parthenon and Acropolis. We whole-heartedly recommend this property to any and all!

Staff Communication was Amazing

The staff was very attentive to all our needs. They offered suggestions of things to do and where to eat. The patio view of the Parthenon at night sipping wine on the terrace was incredible! THE SUGGESTIONS THEY PROVIDED, MADE OUR TIME IN ATHENS SO MEMORABLE! They also hooked us up with a very kind driver, who went out of his way to assist us. When we return to Athens, we will stay again!

The space is more than adequate for a family. However, the location is a little off the center, and I was not very comfortable leaving my kids there alone. The amenities were decent, however, the linens weren’t perfectly clean. A few spots were found on the bedding. Although the bathrooms were spacious and decently remodeled, however, the smell was foul despite airing the rooms and keeping the fans on.

We had an excellent experience with this host. We set up transportation with them to pick us up at the airport when we landed in Athens and then to take us back to the airport a few days later. Property was very clean and welcoming. Apartment is on the 6th floor but there is a small elevator. Full kitchen. Loved the balcony. View was amazing. Central location to bus stop. Walkable distance to the Acropolis. Air conditioning worked great. Only downsides were that it was on a very busy/noisy street and there was someone who was smoking on the stairs between the 5th and 6h floor so you could smell the smoke in the unit. The host has no control over these issues though so did not want to penalize them. Highly recommend this property! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a nice feature.

Great property, couldn't have been better. Incredible view of the acropolis. Moderate walk to everything you want to see. Highly recommend the restaurants and tavernneas in the area 5 blocks towards the acropolis.

This Apartment was well situated, not very far from Plaka and nice food market and pastry nearby. Too bad , sewer smells and dirty stairways when you enter the apartment! We noticed that the same points i read from other reviews were not been set ex: Fawcet was extremely loose in one bathroom, bath towel support in the shower too loose to use it, toilet paper support the same, too bad because all the rest was ok nice and clean! If these points had been repair i would give it a 5 stars! The view on the balcony was stunning : Acropolis in front of you . . Spectacular!

Great Pre-cruise Stay!

We are a family of four adults… My husband and I and our 22 year-old sons… We stay here for three nights before boarding a cruise to Athens and everything was wonderful! Our host was super helpful in helping us arrange transportation both from the airport to the flat and from the flat to the cruise port. The apartment was spacious and clean and an easy walk or Uber ride to everything we could possibly want to see not to mention that our host restaurant recommendations were fabulous!

Loved It

Our stay was great! The apartment is in a busy neighborhood that is a little older. However we found great restaurants nearby and its proximity to the major landmarks, and the VIEW are both on point! The A/C was cold, we were able to wash our clothes and hang them out to dry, we had warm water for all our showers. I would easily stay again. I would recommend bringing a few extra towels if you feel the need for a lot of towels.

The apartment was very spacious for our extended family of 6 traveling. It was an easy walk to the Parthenon and restaurants. The apartment was very clean. We don’t plan to travel back to Athens but would recommend this apartment to others.

Great hosts and great space!

Our flight was delayed for half of our party of six, but the hosts could not have been more accommodating with our prearranged pick up. They kept in touch with us and helped us even with a four hour delay and the loss by the airlines of one of our pieces of luggage. We were well taken care of!

Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for family!

We enjoyed our stay. We are a grandmother traveling with three young adult grandchildren. The apartment gave us plenty of space and privacy. The balcony was outfitted with comfortable couches where we could enjoy the view of the Parthenon while eating.
