Enttäuschung in Santander / Disappointment in Santander
The stay in this R2R appartment was for my family a big disappointment: bad smell in sleeping-room, shower did not work, wifi did not work, electricity broke completely down several times, 2 doors broken. We got no help and no discount from landlady Maria from R2R. We booked for 1 week but left after 2 nights. Impossible to make relaxing holidays under this circumstances. What was most disappointig is that we got NO discount at all. Poor service, very poor. The surrounding is also not nice. its a pity because the city Santander is very lovely.
Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung der Agentur R2R war eine einzige, grosse Enttäuschung. Wir wurden am ersten Wochenenden mit folgenden Problemen konfrontiert: Muffliger Gestank im Schlafzimmer, Dusche lief nicht ab -> Badezimmer Überschwemmung, mehrere totale Stromausfälle, Wifi funktionierte nur die erste Stunde, Balkontüre defekt, Türe zum Kinderzimmer defekt. Um unsere Ferien zu retten sind wir nach 2 Nächten (anstatt wie geplant 1 Woche) abgereist. Die Agentur schickte keinen Handwerker und gab uns keinen (NULL) Rabatt. Das Quartier ist heruntergekommen. Die Stadt Santander hat uns ansonst gut gefallen.
