The house is not at all as it looks like in the pictures, It's old and it hasn't been maintained. Walls are dirty and with stains, doors are falling apart, toilets are old and floor, showers handles, fall when you use them.There are 4 TVs , and only one works. The house was not equipped, there were only 4 glasses when we got there, old and rusty knives, 1 pot, no washing soap. The garden was completely abandoned, we couldn't use it. The terrace and curtains were dirty and they looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. It's a shame that the company doesn't have better standards for selecting and renting houses.

So convenient!

Our stay at Rinconín at the height of the Gijon summer was delightful. The property managers responded to our questions before arrival and provided a useful guide to assist us in our stay. The home itself is in a perfect location for a large group with different interests to explore the city and come and go to its many beautiful beaches, parks, cafés and other attractions - literally just outside the gates of the housing complex. Once we realized that there are buzzers to get in and out of the property, we were less limited by the fact of only two key sets. Parking was no problem for our 3 cars, with one reserved garage spot and a surface lot on the premises. This information should be added to the property manual, to assist future guests. The property was clean and in good condition, and it was great to have three full ARHS with a house full of people. There were a few things that would have improved our stay. The basement is damp and and should have a dehumidifier running to keep it healthy - we had to keep the windows and doors open to air out the smells in order to make it useable space. The property should have a laundry rack or drying line set up before guest arrival. And the owners should do a check to ensure there are enough table settings and bedding for the advertised occupancy rate. Small improvements like these will make this a perfect place for a summer family vacation, and we look forward to returning!

La casa está bien pero la limpieza podría mejorar bastante , el menaje de cocina estaba desorganizado entre las dos cocinas, la nevera de la cocina de arriba estaba llena de hielo y era imposible utilizar el congelador ( se informó y no hubo contestación y tuvimos que descongelar la nevera), la nevera de la planta de abajo no funcionaba bien ni tampoco el congelador. Había cosas rotas, la placa de vitrocerámica por ejemplo y uno de los fuegos no funcionaba y una parte de la valla del jardín se caía y era peligroso con niños tenerlo así.También los cojines del sofá del patio no tenían funda y da muy mala impresión. La localización de la casa para nosotros era ideal, la urbanización está muy bien y el paseo hasta la playa del Molinón muy agradable
