Villa Menorca is a charming Algarve style villa, ideal for guests seeking comfort, privacy and a peaceful setting in Armação de Pêra, perfect for family holidays or stays with friends.



The house begins with the living room, a spacious and bright area designed for relaxation and social moments in a welcoming and calm atmosphere throughout the stay.



On the ground floor are the bedrooms of the villa. There are three bedrooms, all with double beds and private en suite bathrooms with bathtubs, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. On this floor there is also a convenient guest bathroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, offering ideal conditions to prepare meals comfortably during your holiday.



Outside, the villa features a private swimming pool surrounded by well maintained gardens, providing a peaceful and private environment. There is also a pleasant outdoor dining area with barbecue, perfect for enjoying relaxed afternoons and evenings with family or friends.



Villa Menorca is located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra, close to the beach as well as restaurants, bars, supermarkets and local shops, allowing for a comfortable stay without the need for a car.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 100 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum/multiples 7 night stay & Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Lovely Holiday Retreat

Peaceful and Comfortable Villa

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Menorca. The villa is very comfortable and the traditional style gives it a lovely charm. The bedrooms with private bathrooms were perfect for our group, and we really enjoyed the peaceful garden and pool area. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, so everything was very convenient. We would definitely return for another holiday.

Wonderful Getaway

We had such a pleasant and smooth stay, with everything we needed for a comfortable and restful break. The location was perfect for enjoying the surroundings while still having plenty of privacy, which made our time here truly enjoyable. Ideal stay

Villa Menorca was exactly what we were looking for. The house is spacious, clean, and well-decorated, with a truly Algarvian charm. The air conditioning in every room made our stay comfortable, even on hot days. We loved how peaceful the area was, yet everything we needed was within walking distance, including the beach, shops, and local restaurants. The garden and pool area were perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor barbecue made it easy to enjoy long meals in the warm evenings. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to the Algarve.

Charming and comfortable villa near the beach

We had a lovely stay at Villa Menorca. The house is beautifully maintained and has everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, which gave us plenty of privacy and comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals at home. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area, the private pool and the traditional Algarvian barbecue were the highlight of our evenings. The location is very convenient, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends.

Good Location!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Description is accurate on the villa. Customer service first rate. We would recommend to a friend. Nearest groceries at mini-market in centre (15 mins walk). No car required really. Algarve Vacation Transfers were very good. Nearest good place to eat was just straight down on the beach, left side - very good!

2 week stay with friends

We had a great time in the Algarve. This town is a nice, quiet town, right on the beach and a short drive to Albufeira, Carvoeiro and about 45 minutes from Faro airport and train station. Well situated with plenty of restauraunts and beach. The house was perfectly located a short walk from town center and the grocery store. No car is required unless you want to visit other areas, and Ubers are inexpensive. The house is on a cul de sac so parking would be easy.. The house is quite spacious, and there is plenty of outside space. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. Bedrooms are large, bathrooms a little smaller. Beds are very hard, which I'm told is typical for Portugal but these beds were particlarly uncomfortable. Bed and linen upgrades are needed. House was very clean but could use some tlc, and outdoor area could have been cleaner. Ants were a bit of an issue when we first got there but we bought some spray and the problems was resolved. Overall a good stay but probably wouldn't stay here again. I would rate as ok
