This beautiful white villa offers peace, space and privacy in a colorful flower and palm garden with panoramic ocean views.
The house is situated on a 6300 m2 plot in an area of rolling hills with vineyards, cork oak and almond trees.

The villa has a private pool, plenty of shade outside, air-conditioning and a large living room including a fireplace.

The area where this villa is built is one of the few strips close to the coast where the original landscape of the Algarve is still preserved.

Beaches:
The beaches of Praia da Marinha and Benagil are within 1 km distance from the house. These beaches are located between famous rock formations and are child-friendly.
Praia da Marinha, voted as one of the top three finest beaches in Europe, is just 900 meters away. The beach of Benagil has a number of beautiful restaurants & terraces for lunch or dinner, including fresh seafood just taken from the morning catches of the fishermen at the same beach.


The busier resorts Carvoeiro and Armação de Pêra are 3 to 5 miles from the house.

The villa is built in the heart of Caramujeira. Today, it is forbidden by law to build in the immediate surroundings of the villa, which makes this place unique.

From several sun decks, you can sit in front of the ocean. At night, you will see the fishermen going out, while in the early morning, you can see them coming back.

When I am there myself, I visit the beach at least once when the fishermen arrive very early. There, you can still witness the ancient tradition of trading fish on the beach of Benagil. The restaurant owners from neighboring towns often come to buy their fresh fish.

The nearest supermarket is approximately a 5-minute drive away. Bigger shopping centers can be found within a 15 to 20-minute drive. It is advisable to rent a car during the entire stay at the villa.

Such a spacious and cozy villa! We were welcomed by Carolina who already started a fire in the cool weather. We did some hiking and lots of walking, cooked a couple of meals. Lovely Villa & Pool, great location.

Property is spacious, gas BBQ outside, lovely sized pool. We had 8 members of the family staying, lots of room, the property is in a quiet location, shops and restaurants are within a short car journey away, about a 20 minute walk to the beach if you fancy that, but we had a great time relaxing mainly at the villa. Great communication throughout the week with the property manager who was keen to know everything was good, which it was. Highly recommended and we will certainly be going back there.

Fabulous family stay in Casa Milonga!

Everyone was thrilled to be in the beautiful villa. We laughed over home-cooked meals, made the short hike to the beach, swam together in the lovely pool surrounded by beautiful flowers and did not want to leave. Raul was a fantastic host. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!!

Marvelous home near the coast

This is a special property. Convenient to beaches, hikes, Silves and Lagos. Our family of 5 adults stayed 4 nights and wished it was longer. Beautiful pool and comfy beds. Great location for a family vacation. We stayed for three weeks and experienced shortage of hot water on several occasions, also three weeks without a change of bedding was inconvenient. The washer /dryer unit didn’t really dry the clothes and the outside line is not efficient unless plenty of sunshine. Overall a great spot to vacation

Is our third visit to Casa Milonga.The house is great, spacious and pleasant for a stay with several people, with beautiful sunny terrace, perfect to share a meal or a barbecue. Gorgeous retreat

We had a fantastic time. The house is roomy, comfortable, and extremely well laid out. The fireplace gave us a beautiful chance to warm up in the evenings and review our days, while listening to a pair of Tawny Owls. Casa Milonga is very close to Praia da Marinha -- a stunning beach and breathtaking coastline. The long hike along the coast is stunning. And it was easy to drive to more distant places, both east and west. This is the perfect place for a relaxed vacation.

Excellent Villa

Our family party of 9 adults thoroughly enjoyed the villa. The outdoor space was especially good. Lots of room around the pool area for relax. Villa was also ideal inside, bedrooms, lounge etc. Kitchen was very good and well used as we tend to eat in rather than in restaurants. We prefer always to stay in quiet and remote villas and Casa Milonga was perfect in that regards. Would definitely stay in the villa again.

Truly, it is a haven that holds an irreplaceable place in my heart.
