Amazing sea views across West Hill
A Luxury two bed house with open plan living space with sea views on the West Hill.
Maximum guests 4
One minute from house are outstanding panoramic views.... across the West Hill and to the sea and beyond.
The house has just been completely refurbished.
in which I have tried to think of everything to make your stay luxurious memorable, enjoyable and special.
The vistas are amazing.
The house has new modern furnishing and fittings throughout.
The space has a modern fitted kitchen, a dining room table
with six chairs. Two Separate modern Bathrooms, one ensuite, to include bath, power shower wash basin and toilet.

THINGS TO DO AND SEE
The award winning Hastings Pier, Art galleries, the local fishing fleet, numerous bars, pubs,
restaurants, Antique shops, and many independent Shops selling almost anything you can
think of.
St Leonards and Hastings run into one another along the promenade . The seaside resort
caters for holiday makers.
You can walk across the west hill and down some twittens to the old town which is
untouched from another time with the cobbled streets old buildings and alley ways. The
sea shore has 3 miles of shingle beach but when the tide goes out a sandy beach and rock
pools can be found. The fishing boats land in Hastings with their daily catch one can even
buy fish from the boats directly.
Independent cinema, include the Kino in Normans Road St Leonards, the Electric palace in
the old town, or the Odeon in Hastings new town. There is canoeing, wind surfing, skate boarding, swimming, rock pooling and fishing, to name a few
activities.
The award winning Pier is along the promenade which is flat and wide, and you can either
walk, or run! The promenade also has a cycle track and if cycling is your thing, the area has
some of the best cycle routes (and walks) in the country.
The views over the country park from the apartment will encourage you to step out and
explore.
You can take either of the two funicular railways up to some beautiful, panoramic views of
the sea and 1066 country.

West Hill and East Hill, funicular railways. The ruins of Hastings Castle, Fishing Museum,
Art gallery, The Print works, Hastings Aquarium, Smugglers Caves, There are many great
dates to mark in your diary to include processions, carnivals and festivals throughout the
year, Pirates Day, Herring festival, beer Festival, Jack in the Green, Veterans Day, the Pram
Race and Hastings famous Bonfire Night procession.

Transport
Buses run along the coast line in both directions
Road - The A21 trunk road from London passes through St Leonards towards Hastings.
Rail - The town is served by two railway stations, Hastings train Station. St Leonards
(Warrior Square) and West St Leonards and There is one line from Charing Cross and
London Bridge, via Tunbridge Wells serving both stations; and another from Victoria, via Eastbourne serving just St Leonards (Warrior Square). Warrior square station is the a few
minutes away and has easy access to the apartment. In the other direction train links to
Rye and Ashford direct with links to Paris!
