Waterloo Terrace -Historical luxury apartment in heart of Old Town with balcony.
This unique, romantic & luxury home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our historical building is in the beating heart of the Old Town, once home to Duke of Wellington. Our blue plaque is proudly presented at the front of the building. Our Old Town is famous for its busy festive calendar which makes our apartment perfect as a base when attending Jack in the Green, Carnival or Bonfire night or as a relaxing base for visiting one of the many food, wine or musical events.
We also have Duke of Wellington HQ a luxury 3 floor apartment looking over the High Street and Wellesley's Retreat a similar luxury 1 bedroom apartment with sea views.
All 3 properties are located above our 5 floor antique shop which is home to TV's Clive Attrell and 20 other traders.

This is a really nice space and generous hosts which gave us a welcome hamper for our weekend away. It’s off the Main Street so quiet at night, but super central and close to anything in town or in nature you could want.
Fantastic apartment right in the heart of Old Town Hastings. Thank you for the wonderful breakfast hamper, it lasted both mornings! Would highly recommend for a romantic getaway!

Extremely pleased with our stay. I would highly recommend it.
I had a great stay with my wife, kid and dog. Beautifully furnished in antique furniture, modern kitchen and excellent balcony to enjoy a morning coffee in. Right in the middle of Old Town, you are a quick walk away from everything, really. We loved our stay.
Booked this for my daughter who absolutely loved it. So much character. Toasty warm when she got there and lovely host touches. A really creative space which made me want to write there. Might have to come back by myself.
Lovely property and more spacious than the pictures appear. Check-in was easy - just some keys in a couple of lock boxes, the front door is down an alley next to the antique store. Location was fantastic, and we had no problems during our four night stay. We parked at Rock A Nore car park the first night, then moved it to the Bourne car park which is slightly closer but much smaller (no spaces when we arrived). We used the loading bay on arrival and actually used the road at the other end of the alley to load on departure (because the loading bay was busy.Bed was comfy, and only complaint was noisy floorboards (to be expected) and the occasional nail head sticking out of a couple of them! There is a nice little balcony out of the bedroom patio doors, no sea view though.
