Great stay

We had a great week in Andrea's house, it is very spacious. The pool was cleaned daily and is a really nice place to swim and relax. Andrea is very friendly.

Riesiges Areal mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Kinder und Erwachsene.Wunderbar der eingezäunte und täglich gereinigte Pool.Platz ohne Ende und alles da, was man braucht.Insbesondere die abgelegene Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, da wir tun und lassen könnten, was uns beliebte.Hat uns wirklich gut gefallen.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa extrem genossen!!! Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und behilflich, wenn notwendig. Man konnte tun und lassen, was man wollte, weit und breit keine Nachbarn. Ach, es war herrlich.

einfach perfekt

Es war einfach alles wunderbar. Ein abgelegenes Haus auf einem riesigen Grundstück mit Möglichkeiten zum entspannen aber auch nah an Lucca, Pisa und zum Strand wenn man mal Abwechslung braucht. Bei Fragen ist der sympathischste Vermieter Italiens immer erreichbar und antwortet schnell. Nachts kann man Siebenschläfer gackern hören und tagsüber huscht mal ein Fasan vorbei. Vielen Dank für alles!

Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen.

Het aankomen op de locatie was al helemaal top. De host had de exacte locatie gedeeld, anders hadden we het op basis van een adres niet kunnen vinden. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Het ligt heerlijk rustig en je hebt werkelijk van niemand last, aangezien je een zeer grote tuin rondom het huis tot je beschikking hebt. Verder is er voldoende te doen in de omgeving en is er een supermarkt in de buurt. Onze kids waren dol op het zwembad en is voorzien van een hekje voor de kleintjes. Voor de kleine kids in de omgeving is wel wat minder, tenzij je kids hebt die ook van mooie dorpjes houden 😂. Kortom, wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en willen zeker nog eens terug.

Einfach wunderschön…

Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Anlage riesig, beides ist sehr gepflegt. Andrea kommt jeden morgen und reinigt sehr diskret den Pool. Wir waren 9 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager, 4 Kinder und 1 Hund und hatten jede Menge Platz. Die Kinder konnten sich unbeschwert auf dem Gelände bewegen und hatten jede Menge Spaß. Das Ferienhaus liegt in den Bergen in sehr ruhiger Lage. Trotzdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 min gut zu erreichen. Das Meer ist ca. 1 Std. entfernt. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Super sejour

Superbe semaine dans la maison d'Andrea. La maison est confortable et la piscine est chouette. La région de la Grafagnana est jolie, et permet a la fois de profiter de la nature (ballade, grottes, etc) et de visiter de jolies villes Lucca, Pisa) et villages (Barga). Andrea est un hote trés sympathique et disponible, et nous a gaté de produits délicieux de sa production locale (vin, olive, huile etc). Merci pour tout!

Que dire ! Le propriétaire vient tous les matins pour nettoyer la piscine avec une discrétion honorable. Il est disponible par message et vient très vite si besoin. Il conseille, il apporte des petites spécialités locales, un délice. La maison est très bien. Nous avions 3 appartements pour 3 familles, chacun son espace, le bonheur. La piscine est superbe, nous avons fait des parties de volley formidable. Pleins de transats, trois terrasses, un barbecue est un four à pain. Il y a beaucoup d'activités a faire dans le coin, rafting, grotte, cascades....nos familles ont adoré. L'endroit est calme et reposant. Lucca est à 30", dernière ville fortifiée italienne, magnifique. Les autres grandes villes sont rapidement accessible par l'autoroute (Sienne, Florence et Pise). Sincerely, Natalia

A taste of the real Italy

If you fancy a fully modern and luxury holiday home, then this isn’t the right house for you. If you instead seek a taste of the real Italy and don’t fancy being with all the other tourists, except when you wish, then this house and location indeed offers you such. Here you are far enough away , but yet close enough to everything. Imagine being under a pergola with you coffee. Above you is kiwi’s hanging down from the pergola and around you there is view to the pool, a mountain and to the wild living animals that is walking around. This is indeed possible to experience when choosing this house - and we did so. We were 10 people, across two families and spent 12 days in the house of Andrea. And we have to say it was an absolut joy. We adults even turned to kids, when playing around in the good sized pool. We could easily have privacy if needed and the kids had a lot to do there by just exploring some of the lot. Andrea welcomed us on the evening of arrival, came by a couple of times to ask if everything was fine and was easily available when we had some questions. I really recommend the house for anyone who would like to relax, enjoy, get a taste of the real italian “down to earth” lifestyle and still have the opportunity to experience amazing things without having to drive half the day. And I really recommend Andrea and his family as a great hosts. We really had an outstanding relaxing holiday there! Grazie mille Andrea! Note: Recommendations for nice places to visit below 1 hours drive, includes Lucca, Pisa, Vagli Sotto, Lago di Grammolazo and the nearby pearl of a town - Castelnuovo di Garfagnana.
