This is lovely and clean apartment in a great location. Linda was a great host and helpful with local information. The apartment is in walking distance to the many local attractions, including a bakery just down the street to start the day off.

We really enjoyed the location at the base of Piazzale Michelangelo (a wine at sunset is recommended), a short walk to the Uffizi Museum and Duomo. Restaurants in the area were normal prices not inflated like in the tourist areas. Nice touches were the spices and food wraps that were available to us, the availability of the washing machine and of course the bathtub to relax those muscles from all those kilometers walked. We had a small mechanical issue shortly after we arrived and it was delt with, and repaired the next day. The communication was great. Linda was a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful stay! Florence is incredible! The location was perfect and so much so close and easy to navigate. Tremendous charm around the flat! Incredible bakery next door we visited each day! Florence is a great walking city and we walked everywhere! The flat was well equipped and the communication and ease was perfect!!! Great value for such a great stay!!

This apartment was great. It had everything we needed. My 13y old son loved it and thought the layout was super cool. It is a unique apartment in a good location. We walked to a grocery store and to everywhere else. It’s also close to a bus stop which we used few times, as well. I would stay here again.

A quirky but comfortable apartment on the south side of the Arno but near to bridge linking with the central area. A nice area, easy bus from railway station to river bank stop near apartment; excellent air conditioning. Suited us perfectly!

Gem in great location!

Linda's beautiful home has a very authentic and traditional Italian feel, yet with all the modern amenities. It's in a great location just across the river and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Linda is very responsive and helpful!

This apartment is ideally located, across the Arno river from the crowds in a still active neighborhood. Ponte Vecchio is a ten minute stroll. Cross the bridge and dive into the vibrant throngs that fill the streets on Florence. Linda, our host is a generous and kind woman that made us feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend this sweet apartment to any couple looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay in Florence.

Nice quiet place to stay in Florence

The stay was perfect. It was a little farther away from the city center which was nice because it was relaxing, quiet, and felt very safe while still very walkable to everything. The place had everything one would need and plenty of space for an Italian apartment. It was clean and check in and out was seamless. There are stairs up to the bed/bathroom which wasn't a problem for us but just so those who can't do stairs know.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat in Florence! The location is fantastic—so close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the main sights. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which we appreciated.The apartment itself is lovely, very comfortable, and well-maintained. We did encounter a few minor hiccups during our stay, but Linda was incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving them quickly.One suggestion for future guests: it would be great to have clearer instructions on how to use the stove, unlock the door locks, and operate the hot shower. These were a bit different from what we're used to in North America, so a little extra guidance would be really helpful.Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommend this place!

We loved this clean and comfortable apt across the river and tucked in on a quiet street. It’s a doable walk to almost anywhere in Florence and in an interesting neighborhood. The host, Linda, was very pleasant and responsive. We’d be very happy to stay there again.

Modern and nice

We had a lovely long term stay. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. The only downsides were the stairs (there are a lot of them), the one bathroom is upstairs, and there aren't many windows. These are minor details and only had an impact on us because we are a little older. Linda was a pleasure to work with and the neighborhood was cute and safe.

Beautiful historic apartment in Great Location

Unique apartment with many levels to spread out and enjoy. Easy walks to all major attractions and Plaza Michaelangelo view point for sunrise and sunset right behind the place. Soak in the tub after a long day exploring was fantastic. Friendly host.

Wonderful modern property close to centre

Linda the host was wonderful with directing us to her lovely property. The place was clean and close to everything but out the way of the tourist traffic areas which are extremely busy. There is a wonderful park only a short walk from the property where you can watch the sunrise and set. A great little find

Louise and her husband were great guests, they left the apartemnt in excellent conditions, they were really respectful of the rules and really great with communication. Arrived on time and kept me updated onn departure. I wish I gould host them again soon :)
