Our house is fully equipped and suitable for families, winter visitors, and digital nomads. 2 terraces with fantastic views are accessible from all rooms to enjoy the morning and evening sun. The complex features an outdoor pool that is open all year round.

Our two-story penthouse, suitable for 4 to 6 people, is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the province of Malaga: Estepona, next to the vibrant Marbella.

The house boasts panoramic views of the sea and mountains and consists of a spacious living and dining room with a semi-open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and bathrooms, and 2 large terraces.

There are two bedrooms with high ceilings and unique architecture, both with beautiful views and a sunny terrace.

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size box spring bed. From the bedroom, you access the beautiful en suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and two sinks. We provide towels, shampoo, and shower gel.

The other bedroom also has its own luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

In the living area, there is a very comfortable sofa bed where two more guests can sleep.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning that can provide both good cooling and pleasant warmth.

The house has a fully equipped semi-open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and combined fridge/freezer. We provide delicious coffee and all basic necessities such as salt, pepper, dishwashing tablets, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. A washing machine is available in a separate laundry room.

The kitchen also has a breakfast/(work) area. You can enjoy breakfast, work, or craft at the high table with stools.

Living room
The living room is cozy and carefully decorated. There is a comfortable lounge corner sofa that contains a double bed. In the winter months, you can enjoy the fireplace. There is a dining table for 6 people with comfortable chairs.

For the digital nomads among us, there is high-speed internet, handy for focused work or Netflix. ;) You can listen to your own music via the Sonos speaker. And you can watch television on the smart TV.

There is a spacious terrace on both the first and second floors. The lower terrace has a comfortable lounge seating area and a dining table (seats 6). You can really chill in the hanging chair. When we are there ourselves, you will always find us on the terrace: eating, drinking, reading, relaxing, all while enjoying the great view of the mountains.

You reach the upper terrace from the bedrooms on the first floor. It is a wonderful place for coffee, sunbathing, or yoga in the morning and stargazing in the evening.

The complex is secure and located in a green environment. It has a well-maintained tropical garden, a communal outdoor pool, and a children's pool that are open all year round. There are (free) sunbeds, and there is a cabinet with water or field games. Because the pool is often quiet, it feels like a private pool. From the pool, you have a beautiful view.

The garden and the pool are well maintained. There are various beautiful corners in the garden to sit and enjoy the landscape.

The complex has an underground parking garage. Our house has 2 private parking spaces. From the parking lot, you step directly into the elevator, and upon arrival upstairs, you are almost directly in front of the entrance to our apartment. Convenient and very nice when you come home tired with groceries or after a day at the beach.

Our house in Estepona is located on the Costa del Sol in the province of Malaga, one of the most beautiful areas of Spain. It is located in the middle of the Golden Triangle, a short distance from beaches, golf courses, sights, shops, restaurants, and nightclubs. Within 5 minutes drive, you are at the beach and within a quarter of an hour in the center of authentic Estepona or vibrant Marbella.

Malaga Airport (AGP) is a 50-minute drive away by car.
