Great city - property very average

We really enjoyed our stay in Lincoln and found lots to do. Property about a 20 minute walk to the centre and nice to walk through the Arboretum. Hot tub was fun and pretty well maintained but property itself quite run down and poor attention to detail (no batteries in TV remote, freezer unusable as so frosted up, no dishwasher etc...I'm a holiday cottage owner myself and think about the quality we offer and the welcome pack we always include; this was barely adequate in comparison.

brigita I really don't like giving bad reviews but I would like to pre warn you. This house is not even close to the pictures on Vrbo. The cleanliness is shocking there was a blood stain on one of the bed sheets I actually went to tesco and bought sheet pillows and quilt the house needs a thorough cleaning pictures have been taken. the jacuzzi is a health risk with open chemicals left at side. the garden are could not be used it was full of cigarette buts in the open drains even after willing the garden it was still an unpleasant area. The list goes on I have taken many pictures to compare with Vrbo details wow just unreal you are blatantly misleading people who are booking. I will be taking this further with Vrbo complaints as I would be expecting them to take this up and a refund for the stay as we spent as much time as possible away from the house and having to buy clean bedding. Stay away
