The Space:
Bateman Quarter presents a delightful third-floor two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Spurriergate, York. Accessible via three flights of stairs, this inviting space features an entrance hallway that opens into a spacious open-plan kitchen/diner and living area. Here, you'll find a wall-mounted TV, a comfortable L-shape sofa bed, and a dining table with seating for four.

The well-appointed kitchenette is equipped with essential amenities for your convenience, including a kettle, toaster, 2-ring electric hob, oven, washer dryer, microwave, fridge with an icebox, and a slimline dishwasher. You'll also discover a variety of crockery and cutlery, making meal preparation and dining a breeze.

Bateman Quarter offers two cozy double bedrooms, with bedroom one featuring a mirror, a chest of drawers, and a hanging rail. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with bedside tables and lamps to enhance your comfort during your stay. Complimentary sleep packs are provided for your relaxation and restful sleep.

The apartment's shower room boasts a corner shower unit, a WC, a mirror, a heated towel rail, and hand soap, ensuring your daily hygiene needs are met with ease.

This central location puts you in the heart of the City. With 100's of restaurants to choose from you'll be spoilt for choice for food in York.

A short walk away is the Jorvik centre if you're looking to find out more about York's Viking history. Cliffords Tower is close by. The impressive York Minster is a must-see during your trip.

Please note that this apartment enjoys a vibrant neighborhood with a lively bar nearby, so you may experience some expected background noise

Getting Around:
Hop on hop off bus tours regularly drive around York if you fancy a leisurely tour of what the City has to offer. Uber and taxis are freely available for those who venture further afield. The train station is approximately a 15 minute walk away.
