The property was as listed and rooms were enough space for 6 adults. This isn’t usually the case as the 3rd room can be very small but not in this case. The view from the large upstairs window was fantastic! Location was close to the centre of Grasmere. Lots of nice local walks for the adults and children. Only shame was no real fire but the gas fire was very efficient. Would highly recommend this cottage.
