Enjoy the beautiful, panoramic ocean views and tropical landscaping in this private home. Located in the prestigious Keauhou Estates community, gated for security with 24 hour guard service. This home sits at a comfortable elevation of 700 feet. Spend hours on the exclusive pool deck enjoying an unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean, sunsets and the nighttime lights of Kailua-Kona. During the winter months, sit back and watch for the humpback whales. Enjoy the private pool area for swimming, sun and dining, complete with a BBQ area and patio seating. Our home has hosted a wide variety of guests from families to Honeymooners, and guests just wanting to not only be on vacation but "feel" on vacation. Recommended for comfort = 6 guests, maximum capacity 8 guests (3 bedrooms + 2 fold out futons couches in the Game Room).

Everything about this place was amazing! It would’ve been nice if the pool had been warm in the evenings, but it didn’t have a heater.Our family had the best vacation of our lives! The house is perfect for families. The management made for a very easy experience.

The host was friendly and accessible. The property was located in a beautiful gated community with beautiful homes. The view from the patio of this house alone makes this a great property. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space and had plenty of kitchenware for guests to use. The house overall was fine but could use some remodeling, especially the second bathroom, but it is still a nice enough house that I would recommend.

Great vacation house!

We loved our stay in this home. It was well equipped with all the dishes and linens you would need, located close to groceries and services, pool was fantastic, pool toys and beach equipment were available. The owner and property manager were very responsive to our queries. We never tired of the ocean views and the sunsets were beyond beautiful. Very happy with our stay.

Kona coast visit

The property was clean and very spacious for our family of four. Updated kitchen, great game room for the kids, but most of all- the pool and that stunning view! Better than the pictures. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The house is as advertised. The view is stunning, it was clean, spacious and perfect for our family. There was a lot of room to spread out. The kitchen was great, we were there at Christmas and cooked our traditional meals. There were enough pans to do so. We had some questions, we got responses quickly and would use this home if we go back to Kona. We did buy throw away pans to have less dishes. We made a Walmart order and picked it up. The best place to buy souvenirs was Walmart or the open market downtown. This house is absolutely wonderful, the neighborhood is gated and very quiet. It was perfect!

Christmas in Hawaii

Great communication with the host who was friendly and responsive to all the need and questions we had. The arrangement worked out well for our multi gen family of 8. Unfortunately the cold pool temperature made it difficult to use. Air conditioning costs extra per day so we passed on that and good ventilation and ceiling fans made it tolerable in late October.

Fantastic location, great for teens

This property was fantastic. The location was great and the games room was a great place for the teenagers to hang out.The house was clean and the property manager was very helpful in addressing all our needs.The only minor issue was the temperature of the water in the bathrooms which was being address right after out stay.Highly recommend.

Amazing Family Vacation Rental!!

This home was great for our family trip that included our toddler and family friends. The pool was a hit and there was plenty of room in the house to have privacy but also enjoy our group. There were a couple maintenance issues that we encountered during our stay but the property manager was quick to respond and take care of our needs. Location and proximity to town was great and you cannot beat the view, sounds of the waves and birds in the morning! We have already started talking about making another trip to Kona and staying here again!

Beautiful Paradise

Gorgeous property with amazing view, amenities, and pool. Host was responsive and helpful. There were a lot of rules for proper check in/out and cleaning that took away from the "peace" of the vacation at times, but that just comes from staying at someone's home rather than a hotel. Lots of lizards! Would stay again.

This home has stunning views and all you need for a relaxing vacation. The sound of birds and views was a peaceful morning experience. Our stay at Kahaluu-Keauhou

Firstly, the view is breath taking! This neighbourhood is beautifully cared for, safe, and just stunning! Jerry is a gracious host, very responsive and accommodating. While we had one or two small hiccups, they were remedied almost immediately. I hope our group makes this an annual trip and we can stay here every year!

Family celebration

We had such a great time here during our stay. We were in town to visit my family who lived on island as well as celebrate our kids graduation from Highschool. The listing and pictures were accurate and I felt pleased with everything. The views are amazing. Carmelo, the home manager, was super responsive and really great about taking care of any questions I had or anything that came up I needed. I would recommend the home to anyone and I would definitely come back.

Great place but showing signs of being dated

Loved our stay here and the house was impeccably clean with everything we needed. Our only complaint is that the home is showing signs of neglect with a lot of the furnishings being quite dated and a few lamps broken. Nothing horrible, but it could use a revision.
