Enjoy a large, newly rehabbed Georgian style family home that sleeps 8 adults and a sleeper sofa for 2 kids. The beautiful historic neighborhood is within walking distance of MO Bot Gardens, Tower Grove Park & Grand. 5 mins. to downtown.
Already a 5 star, super host venue on another popular rental site.
The master has a king size bed and a double sleeper sofa. Two bedrooms have queen size mattresses and one has a double bed. All feature tempurpedic mattresses.
No parties, this is a residential neighborhood. No pets allowed.

It was an awesome place and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again if in St. Louis. Dana the property manager was very good at getting back to us promptly. It accommodated our family of 9 perfectly.

This is a great property with easy access to activities and fun things to do.

It’s four well appointed bedrooms, three bathrooms, well stocked kitchen/gathering/dining space, living room quiet space and fireplace and backyard porch make it a user friendly home for families and friends. Location wise - easy travel to a wide variety of St Louis locations and restaurants. We were very comfortable and pleased to spend the New Years here with two other couples. The property owners and manager were friendly and accommodating. This is highly recommended. Thank you!
