Nice place to stay in St. Louis

The property is fully refurbished inside. Everything worked well and was well stocked for cooking and large groups. The owner was very kind to supply drinks and coffee. I would highly recommend this property.

Clean, plenty of space for a large group, and close to all the action of downtown STL! Remi and her team were great and easy to work with throughout this process. Would definitely plan on staying here again next time I’m in the area with a group

The Perfect Spot

Our friend group is scattered all over the country so at least once a year we are able to get together (usually around Thanksgiving). The home was beautiful and served all of our needs. Plenty of space; a large kitchen for cooking and grazing; plenty of areas to relax and mingle. This was actually our second time staying here because we were soooo happy the first time. It is also a great location in St. Louis. Plenty of things to do nearby. Also groceries and dining were close as well. Couldn't have asked for a better Friendsgiving!

Beautiful home

We had a party of 6 adults and 6 children and the house was perfect for that!! We were all able to have our own bathrooms. It was located nice and close to the zoo and Union Station.

Home run for home base!

Our family of 12 had a nice stay. Home was clean and well stocked. Mainly used it as home base for trips to City Museum, Zoo, Arch, and a Cardinal’s game. Plenty of room with beds upstairs and in fully finished basement as well as 2 big couches on main level. The area is fine/safe as my daughter has stayed on same street for previous visit without any issues. Would stay here again.

Expectations were set and met! Agree with a previous comment concerning improving the seating in the LR. All in all it is a great roomy house in a quiet and nice neighborhood.

Nice stay, just needs repairs

The house was exactly as billed, very comfortable and inviting and the host was prompt with our communication. The only issue was there were nearly a dozen things that were broken, or not functioning properly on the property. None of those were a "show stopper" for our visit, however there so many that it did color our perception of the stay. A little TLC will go a long way to making this property spot on.

Lots of room

Overall a good place. Lots of room. The upstairs seem to get pretty hot compared to the downstairs which was freezing cold. Also with little ones trying to open the doors we should have brought our own kid safety locks:) Otherwise a good stay!

5 rooms, 6 beds and 4 bathrooms. Great location, close to stores and good access to downtown and highway. We enjoyed our employee retreat. Everything was in working order and the house was beautiful. Clean and cozy! Remi ( owner/property manager) replied to my emails in a timely manner and also gave me her number in case we had any questions. Definitely recommend this property.

The whole family loved it

We had three families, and two babies in the crew. The house was spectacular, and everything was exactly as I had hoped. The ability to have the common living space and then separation with the floors and rooms, was very nice. Having a garage was also an excellent advantage. We will definitely look to book this property again - and will pass on to others who are looking in this area. Remi made the whole process seamless and communicated with us in a professional and prompt manner.
