Schönes Objekt, prima Lage, echter Urlaub

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Elena gehabt. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön gelegen in einem schönen und gepflegten Garten, sie ist voll ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Wohnung ist sauber gepflegt und instand gehalten (lediglich im Bad ein paar Gebrauchsspuren) mit großem Balkon. Die Lage ist toll am Ortsrand, so dass zu Fuß die Geschäfte und Lokale gut erreichbar sind und man etwas vom Leben in Guardistallo miterlebt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, gerade und besonders durch die sehr gute Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin, die stets ansprechbar und interessiert war, damit wir eine schöne Zeit hatten.

Tolle Unterkunft allerdings mit Makeln

Dies war unser vierter Toskanaurlaub in Folge. Wir haben die Unterkunft aufgrund der guten Anbindung ans Meer (15 min) und die umliegenden Orte incl. Autobahn gewählt, da wir gerne viel unterwegs sind. Die Lage von Guardistallo ist hierfür perfekt. Die Villa liegt mitten in dem kleinen gemütlichen Ort und man aufgrund der Hügellage einen schönen Ausblick in die umliegende Landschaft. Parkplätze sind stets zur Genüge direkt an der Villa vorhanden. Im Ort gibt es eine Pizzeria sowie eine Osteria, einen Minimarkt und diverse andere kleine Geschäfte. Das Gelände der Villa ist sehr gepflegt und vielfältig. Es gibt neben den jeweiligen Terassen der Appartments für alle nutzbar einen Spielplatz, viele Sitzgelegenheiten, mehrere Grillplätze, eine Bodjabahn usw. Der Pool ist ok aber nicht super, da der Ausblick von dort nicht so toll ist. Die Rezeption liegt im Haupthaus und wir haben dort stets jemanden erreicht falls es mal nötig war. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich. Sie vermittelte uns das Gefühl, dass wir uns mit Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit an Sie wenden können. Unsere Ferienwohnung hatte auf vorherige Anfrage eine eigene Terasse von wo aus wir einen super Ausblick hatten. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung bot alles nötige, war aber auch nicht besonders komfortabel. Als sehr negativ haben wir leider das allmorgentliche Läuten der Kirchenglocken empfunden. Die Kirche befand sich genau gegenüber an der Straße zu unserem Schlafzimmer. Jeden morgen läuteten in einem Abstand von 15 Minuten ziemlich eindringlich die Glocken und sorgten besser als jeder Wecker für ein Aufwachen...

Bella dimora d'epoca.

Bella dimora d'epoca situata a pochi km dalle belle spiagge di marina di Bibbona e Castagneto Carducci. Ambiente familiare, confortevoli spazi esterni nel bel giardino della villa. Una vacanza rilassante, buon punto d'approdo per visitare questa parte di Toscana. Marco Chiatti.

In the quaint village of Guardistallo, Villa Elena, charming and quiet, authentically Tuscan, with all modern comforts, bright, spacious and well-equipped apartments, even with sea view. Situated among suggestive hills, ideal for relaxing walks. A large and beautiful park surrounds the Villa, this includes games of all kinds, swimming pool and barbecue, ideal for families with children and also their dogs and cats are welcome. An ideal place also to reach, in a short time, other interesting tourist towns, such as Volterra, the thermal baths and of course the beaches of Cecina. All in a welcoming and familiar environment, to be recommended absolutely.
