Pool, sun and sea view - Villa das Quebradas

Modern and charming 3-bedroom villa decorated in elegant earth tones, located in a sunny and very quiet area. The house features three bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with two single beds), all with air conditioning and private bathrooms—two with showers and one with both shower and bath. The property is filled with natural light and offers a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining area with access to the outdoors, and a social bathroom. There is a children’s nook with kids’ furniture and a work area with outdoor access.

The garden is a highlight, offering various seating areas, a swimming pool, solarium, children’s play area (with playhouse, swings, and slide), barbecue, dining table, and a comfortable lounge area. Enjoy sea views from the bedroom balconies. The villa accommodates up to 6 people.

Parking is available both inside and outside the property. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout.

AREA
Property located in a distinguished area of Funchal, very quiet, sunny, close to the Piornais and Praia Formosa, which are a 4-minute drive away. The Forum Madeira shopping centre, which has several international brands and restaurants, is a 7-minute drive away.
In addition to the nearby options, you can also go to Funchal city centre (10 minutes drive) where you will find a wider variety of restaurants.
Also be aware that in the centre of Funchal there are several tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
