This beautifully spacious home comprises of a master bedroom on the top floor with a kingsize bed and day bed with trundle bed underneath and en-suite shower over the bath and toilet. A double bedroom with double bed with bunk beds with ensuite shower and a ensuite twin bedroom on the ground floor. The open plan kitchen/dining and living area on the first floor is the hub of the home which has lovely views of the Marina and Solent. The kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast bar with stools, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, drinks fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. The comfortable living area has a Freesat Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and Xbox with a selection of games perfect for when you just want to relax at home.
French doors lead out to a garden area with artificial lawn which makes this a fun and safe space for children to play, or for the grown ups to simply enjoy a BBQ on a sunny day. A perfect home from home for families or groups.
There is private parking for two cars to the front of the house.

Great stay in a lovely house in the ideal location for access to all Cowes has to offer. The parking for two cars is a major boon here as all of Cowes is walkable from the house. The property has everything you could want and the secluded garden area is great for relaxed outdoor dining - keep an eye out for the fox visitors in the evening on the piece of land over the garden fence!
Would definitely book here again when returning to Cowes.
