4 Salterns is a stylish detached modern coastal family holiday home in West Wight. Minutes from Yarmouth town centre and the Wight Link ferry terminal. Top beaches such as Colwell Bay, Compton and Freshwater Bay are close by.

The heart of this three-storey contemporary detached townhouse is on the first floor, with a large open plan kitchen with oak worktops, a Belfast sink, fridge/freezer, integrated microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, wine cooler and a dining room table seating eight. From here, patio doors lead out onto a decked balcony. There is also a spacious living area with an L-shaped sofa and armchair as well as a Smart TV with Netflix and log burner.

On the second floor you’ll find a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower, a twin room and a double bedroom which both share the family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a further single bedroom with its own shower room.

There is a designated parking space for a couple of cars and a rear lawned garden with table and chairs for families to enjoy.
