Also this apartment is close to the current Seville and the best restaurants and secret corners to walk. It is located in the Old Town and in its most monumental neighborhood 'SANTA CRUZ'. Perfect location to get around on foot being in what is undoubtedly the neighborhood that shows all the faces of the passage of time in the city. The Cathedral with the Giralda, El Alcazar, El Salvador is less than 1 minute walk. The Guadalquivir river, the Arenal, Triana are less than 10 minutes walk.

At home you will find yourself in an apartment that has taken care of the details to the maximum so that you can enjoy it peacefully. Making a brief description, this apartment is located in an emblematic building of fantastic construction. All its furniture is of high quality. It is a spacious and very bright apartment. It has 2 rooms but being mainly intended for couples or families with 1 or 2 small children. There will be a main bedroom with a 'queen 1.50 x 2' size bed, leaving the second bedroom as a second living room or reading room with the possibility of using a very comfortable sofa bed. Besides, it has a comfortable living room with 2 good armchairs and a fantastic sofa, extra table and smart TV. It has another magical space that is the dining room where you will find a beautiful wooden table and dreamy views of the old Seville of Mudejar art. It has, how could it be otherwise, a good kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom. Air conditioning and high speed Wi-Fi.

This was a great apartment just two blocks from the Alcazar Royal Palace and one block from the Cathedral in the heart of Seville. Communicating with the host was a breeze. There are shops and restaurants all around so it’s very convenient for walking around beautiful Seville!

We are pensioners and had always wanted to visit Seville. We booked this property for three nights at a cost of E 455. It is in a very central area of Seville and was supposed to be a two bedroom apartment with balcony and bathroom with bathtub. Unfortunately the apartment we got came without balcony and bathtub. The sofa bed in bedroom 2 being was very uncomfortable, its mattress was very thin. Also, pillows were rock hard. We asked for mattress topper and soft pillows but they didn't have any. we couldn't use bedroom 2 because the bed was too uncomfortable. We had booked a two bedroom apartment because i need my own comfy bed after heart surgery. We loved the patio.Early wake up by cleaner at 6am for patio and public areas. The kitchen is on the small side but adequate for making coffee and snacks.

Steps from many must see historical sites

The host met us at the apt building and answered any questions we had. The location to many of the must see sites were within ten minutes walk at a slow pace. Just outside the building there are many open shops and cafes open on Sunday so every day of our week visit we had something to do. The apt itself looks like it was recently renovated. Well kept with modern appliances and fixtures. It was a large space for three people. The windows/doors open into an interior courtyard which allowed ventilation and natural light without street noise. We enjoyed out stay very much and would definitely stay here again on another visit.

Great location

Excellent location, very quiet, easy to access. Our greeter was helpful and showed us around the apartment. Our first morning there, we were washing our breakfast dishes and a VERY LARGE cockroach came out of the sink drain!!! We spent several seconds trying to trap it- we were unsuccessful- the rest of our stay was a little uncomfortable- always on the watch for the cockroach!! We also had two towels and one hand towel for the two of us for four nights- We emailed our host through VRBO regarding the cockroach and the towels- never heard a thing from them. I would think there would be some sort of compensation as a cockroach is kind of a big deal in the cleanliness of a rental!!! No paper towels or napkins provided- we had to buy some…. And we took the package with us when we left!!! It’s too bad because the place is really cute and the location is superb- but they really need to do something about the pests, and their communication with their customers.
