Thanks Garry for your comment. We always recommend to rent a car as we are on a hill and the supermarket is not close. Being on the hill the views are spectacular and the area is quiet. Thank you very much, Claudia, for your comment. We are in a very quiet area, just a one-minute drive from the beach. It's a very safe area; so far, we haven't had any problems. We have no control over the construction work being done by the neighbors; I'm sorry if the work bothered you. The technician came to look at the refrigerator. He found everything fine. He says it cools too much when the door isn't closed properly. Could that be what happened? The toaster has already been replaced with a new one. The water in Mallorca has a lot of limescale. We try to keep everything perfect, but sometimes it's difficult to remove all traces. The sofa is covered with a cloth because some guests put their feet up and get sand and/or food on the sofa. We think putting a cloth down and changing it with each guest is more hygienic. We'll put more effort into cleaning the apartment. Normally, there aren't any problems with cleaning, but everyone can make a mistake, right? We'll check the bathroom door and find a solution for the windows. It seems some moisture has gotten between the glass panes, where we can't access them. I appreciate your feedback, as we can't improve without it. Best regards.

Thanks for your comment. We are surprised that you tell us that you had to do an initial cleaning.... Guests usually congratulate us for having very clean apartments. Every year we renew different things, for example, the sofa is new from last year. We will check the bed, it is the 1st complaint we have about it... and we will review the other issues.
