This pretty semi-detached house is ideally tucked away in a tranquil cul-de-sac just a stone’s throw from the pub, local independent shops and restaurants and shingle beach. It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk coast. Recently modernised, it includes a newly renovated kitchen, bathroom, cloakroom, and a ground floor bedroom with ensuite shower room. French doors from the kitchen/diner, sitting room and the ground floor bedroom all lead directly to the enclosed garden, making the garden a brilliant place for outdoor dining and socialising.

The accommodation is spacious throughout with plenty of storage and home comforts. It is the ideal place for families looking for a quieter base to enjoy the bustling local area and year-round activities of Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Snape and beyond.
