|Gaia is located in San Benedetto del Tronto, a beautiful seaside town. The flat is ideally located for enjoying long days at the sea. In fact, it is only 100 metres from the beach, which can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. In San Benedetto you can relax by the sea, visit the historic city centre and take long evening walks along the seafront. The whole town is animated in the summer by bars and restaurants where you can taste typical local specialities.
Just 30 minutes from Casa Gaia is the provincial capital: Ascoli Piceno, also called the City of 100 Towers.
In the surroundings of San Benedetto you can organise various trips and visit typical Marche villages such as Ripatransone; Acquaviva Picena; Grottammare and Sant'Elpidio.
Gaia is a bright apartment that can accommodate up to 4 persons.
The flat is located on the ground floor and consists of:

-one double bedroom;
-one bedroom with 2 bunk beds;
-a bathroom with shower and washing machine;
-a hallway
-living room-kitchen with TV; fully equipped kitchenette; sofa and table with chairs.

Parking space available in the communal garage below the flat.
At guests' disposal: two bicycles.
Air conditioning in the hallway to cool the bedrooms.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
air conditioning on consumption (with meter reading) € 0,50 per kWh; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change; pets allowed on request (only small pets, max. 1 pet per week) € 50,00 per week.
