We are in the liveliest Seville as we are located on Pureza street, which is one of the most emblematic streets of this neighborhood. At the same time you have the Guadalquivir river 1 minute on foot and crossing the bridge you are in 5 minutes in the Arenal neighborhood, Santa Cruz, the old town center 10 minutes. Perfect location to move on foot or by bicycle.
At home you will find yourself in an apartment that has taken care of the details so that you can peacefully enjoy your moments of rest. Making a brief description, this apartment is located in a well-constructed building. All its furniture is of good quality. It is a spacious and bright apartment. It has 2 spacious rooms. There will be a main bedroom with a 'queen 1.50 x 2' size bed, leaving the second bedroom with 2 single beds. Besides it has a comfortable living room with 1 comfortable sofa, an armchair and a dining table for 4 people. It has a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and hot and cold heating in the bedrooms and in the living room. As it could not be otherwise, it has a good full kitchen and fully equipped bathroom.
