Shared facilities include the gardens, (simple) outdoor fitness equipment and BBQ area. The house is 900m from the sea, with 5 nice restaurants in walking distance. There are 3 beaches in Thimari. 2 beach bars.

The space
The listing has 8 bedroms all with double beds, 4 Living rooms (each with kitchen, double sleeping couch and 50" TV and 5BR. The poolhouse studio is the newest addition to this listing.
The listing is capped at 16 people capacity and no parties.
We do occasionally arrange weddings where we allow party and 24 people capacity but this is on separate agreement and at higher fees.

Other things to note
The airport is only 25m drive and the Apollo Temple and great beaches of Cape Sounio are only 10m drive. Multiple more restaurants, beaches, cafes and beach bars along the coast in both directions. Supermarket is 6m drive so rental car is recommended
The pool is fantastic behind 15m of soft grass. However, please note that the pool (4,9m*9,6m*1,3m) is shallow and has a 60cm elevated entrance deck so fairly safe BUT without a fence. The deck is wooden so recommendable with flipflops. Also from behind the pool there is access under the pool for maintenance. This is ONLY for the owners.
