This beautiful property with a communal swimming pool is located in the city of Las Palmas and is ideal if you want to have all kinds of shops and services nearby. With capacity for 3 people, it is designed for couples, families and business trips, as it has fibre optic Wi-Fi, a cosy bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the spacious living room, where you can also have lunch and relax. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, Smart TV, lift, private parking and a swimming pool in the residential complex where it is located.

This property has an unbeatable location on a quiet street, just a few steps from the Doctor Negrín University Hospital, shops and Las Canteras beach, less than 7 minutes away by car.

Perfecto apartamento con garaje privado, piscina comunitaria y ascensor

Ideal para parejas y un acompañante más, tiene una localización privilegiada, cerca del hospital Dr. Negrín de Las Palmas y del Centro Comercial Las Ramblas, con todos los servicios necesarios alrededor, y unas magníficas prestaciones como piscina comunitaria, garaje privado y ascensor, repetiremos seguro!
