Das Objekt ist einfach gehalten, bietet aber alles, was man braucht. Und wenn was fehlt oder man Sonderwünsche hat, Alessandro ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich, wie auch seine Eltern. Und der super Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad (hatten wir dabei) oder mit dem Auto in 5 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Gleiche für einen Supermarkt. Dazu eine Menge Restaurants und Cafes.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren im September 2023 in der Wohnung im 1.Stock. Es war eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit Innenhof und schön gepflegtem Garten in ruhiger Lage. Das Ein- und Auschecken war total unkompliziert. Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants liegen alle in der Nähe und sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und haben uns auch richtig wohlgefühlt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Familienreise

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Die Küche war mit Backofen und großem Kühl- Gefrierschrank und auch ausreichend Kochgeschirr ausgestattet. Hier haben uns nur eine größere Kaffeemaschine und Schneidebretter gefehlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gut zu erreichen. Die Verständigung funktionierte auf Englisch gut.

Aufenthalt nähe Donoratico

Eine gute Wohnung mit ausreichender Klimaanlage, Warmwasser, Gasherd, Kühlschrank ,Waschmaschine, und Fernseher. Die Betten sind zum Schlafen gut geeignet. Von Strand nicht weit entfern. Der Sandstrand war gut. Das Meer war salzig. Das Wetter war sehr heiss. Was will man also mehr.

Sehr schön

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schön waren die Gartenmöbel unter dem großen Baum im Garten, wo es trotz Hitze angenehm kühl war. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön.

Netter Aufenthalt in Castagnetto Carducci

Sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr zentral gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Unsere Woche in Castagnetto Carducci haben wir sehr genossen, die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, das war extrem wichtig...! Alessandro hat sich sehr nett und zuvorkommend um alles gekümmert, auch seine Eltern waren sehr nett. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

La proprietà,pur essendo in una posizione tranquilla, è vicina a tutti i servizi. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al primo piano,ottimo per la nostra famiglia composta da quattro persone.Aprire la finestra la mattina e godere la vista di un pino secolare è stato veramente bello!Che tutto ok!!@

Un borghetto rilassante, un'oasi tra gli ulivi

L'ho definito un borghetto perché è un insieme di 3 edifici recintati all'interno di un ampio cortile in mezzo agli ulivi. Ci ha accolto Alessandro con gentilezza e cordialità ed anche i suoi genitori, conosciuti successivamente, sono stati di una gentilezza squisita. La casa assegnataci non dava sul cortile interno, il che ci ha consentito una maggior privacy nei confronti degli altri ospiti. Essere all'interno di uno spazio recintato ha inoltre rappresentato la massima sicurezza per la nostra bambina, libera di girare indisturbata anche fuori casa. Non vi è traffico circostante in quanto si è in mezzo agli uliveti con stradine nelle quali non passa mai nessuno. Quindi nessun rumore e gran pace. Il parcheggio dell'auto in mezzo agli ulivi una gran comodità. L'interno della casa era decoroso, pulito e ci è stata fornita la biancheria letto/bagno necessaria. La lavatrice ha fatto la differenza per la molteplicità dei lavaggi... Le uniche aree di miglioramento che posso suggerire ad Alessandro sono 2: 1) fornire la casa di più pattumiere per poter effettuare la raccolta differenziata; 2) la mancanza del wi-fi ci ha un po' penalizzato. Il giudizio è più che positivo e consiglio senz'altro questa bella oasi tra gli ulivi.
