Super nice staff!

This apartment was very nice and had a great patio area to enjoy! Check in was so smooth and they were so accommodating! The area where the apartment is located was a little sketchy, but not the worst we’ve seen. We would recommend and would stay here again!

Very nice place. The host was very accommodating/kind and actually made the experience even more outstanding.. The experience more than exceeded my expectations.. a 5 star recommendation was an easy decision. A gentile “recommendation” would be more bath towels. We didn’t request additional towels and I’m a 100% confident the host was have been more than accommodating had we.

Stayed here for a week on our honeymoon! It was beautiful and even prettier than the pictures. Check in was a little confusing because there was a miscommunication between our arrival time and what the company told our greeter, but everything worked out in the end. We had a wonderful stay, the place was clean, although the area seemed a little sketchy we felt safe and comfortable. There is so much nearby to explore and its right near the train station so travel is easy!

my dream Trastevere vacation

I visited Trastevere 16 years and wanted to come back and spend a week there- this apartment was perfect! Just my husband and myself-easy check in, walkable neighborhood with many small local restaurants. Transportation- train station nearby with a taxi stand.LOVED the terrace!!! We will be back

Nice place to stay while in Rome

Little penthouse suite close to the train station. Only issue we had was there was no remote for the A/C unit in the bedroom so it was pretty hot when we went to bed each night. I'm sure this will be remedied in the future. Thanks for a great place on short notice!

Lovely terrace and spacious flat. ‘Authentic’ area to stay in. Close to transport links- trams and trains very useful. River near by. Nice bars near by. Flat had some issues with utilities: kitchen missing some basic items. Some broken items. Gas cooker was temperamental. Whole flat was a little grubby and could have done with a deep clean.

Perfect for Iowa State University Parents - Architecture

First, Simona was a wonderful hostess. She had everything we needed. Met us earlier than check-in. Bravo... VRBO was able to work with us to extend our stay two additional days. Bravo... The #32 Apartment was perfect. It is exactly as it is described. It is truly a little Trastevere Romantic Terraced Apartment. The neighbors were incredibly friendly and supportive. Absolutely convenient to the airport, train station and buses. This will be dedicated to the future parents of ISU students studying abroad for the semester. The end of April to May 10 is a perfect time to visit Rome. The weather was incredible. A couple of light rain showers and one small (pea-size) hail for 5-mins. If your student stays in the ISU designated hostel on the north side of the McDonald's this Trastevere Romantic Terraced Apartment is ideal to meet up with them. Yes, McDonald's sells Peroni beer with Happy Meals. Now, the walk from your student's hostel is 30 to 45-min walk. We did this several times to participate in the review and end-of-semester party. That was wonderful to see all the student's projects. Meraviglioso. As for sightseeing, you can walk upto 8- to 12-miles a day. We would recommend doing that. You will hit retails and boutique shops, food (pizza/vino/gelato) shops. You can cook, or just enjoy Espresso in the mornings and vino in the evenings on your private open patio. Ciao... Go Cyclones...
