Thank you very much to you too, you were perfect guests, we hope to see you again soon. We are very happy to welcome you again in one of our homes.
Fabrizio was an excellent host. Place lays out a bit smaller that the pictures look. Only complaint is that there is not good relaxing sitting area just a small loveseat. Would be nice to have a spot to lay out for a few after long days walking around Rome. Other than that its a great safe place to stay.
The host and his family helped with our luggage both in and out. The property was private yet close to all Rome has to offer. We would definitely stay there again!!!
Signora Tulli and her son were amazing hosts. Cannot say enough good things about them, and the lovely apartment.

I thank you with all my heart for choosing us, you are an incredibly polite and kind family. We love how you left the perfect home and thank you for everything. It was really a pleasure to have you as our guests and we hope to see you again in Rome, maybe when it gets a little less hot. See you soon
The host was very friendly and responsive and helped make our stay very enjoyable. The apartment was nicely laid out and well appointed. We loved the rooftop terrace with the view over the Botanical Gardens. Great place in a very handy location to tour Rome.
Stefano and Fabrizio are great hosts. They assisted us with transportation from the airport when we arrived and to the cruise port when we departed. They also took the time to greet us when we arrived and provided helpful suggestions for restaurants, markets etc.Their apartment is located in a safe and quiet area of Trastevere, while being a short walk to a myriad of restaurants, shops and bars. Although it’s within the gates of a building with multiple family members, the apartment is quite private. We would definitely stay there again in the future.
Wonderful time in Rome with my family. Perfect place to stay to walk to all the main points of interest. Quiet at night. Roof top deck magical in the evening.
Great apartment in a surprising little corner of Trastevere. Easy walk to everything, but bordered by the botanical garden so it feels a world apart from the chaos of Rome. Wonderful stay!

We are happy that you enjoyed your stay with us and we are lucky to have this house in this area and we have tried to make it as welcoming as possible. We hope to have you as our guests again. Thank you
The apartment is in a beautiful area near a botanical garden. We did do extra walking each day to get to all the major sites, but we planned for this. During our 5 day stay we sat on the lovely terrace each night enjoying views of the shrr
We stayed 18 nights at Fabrizio's lovely apartment, it is on a quiet street with lots of flowers and plants. The space was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. The host was very attentive and answered our messages quickly. I would definitely recommend this stay!
The flat was the perfect, as described warm and friendly. We woke up with birds every morning. The location is perfect if you are foodie, the flat is down a real quiet and safe side street. All in all a hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of Rome. Would highly reccomend.
Loved the neighborhood. Easy walk to everything. Loved the apartment and hosts were top notch. It was probably the hottest week of the year during my stay. The only small issue was the 2nd bedroom only had ac from the main living area instead of inside the room.
The Stephano was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean and is equipped with air conditioning, which is critical in the summer. The Trestevere neighborhood is charming, with lots of restaurants and shops.
We just had the best stay at Stefania’s place. It was perfectly situated in Trastevere - close to literally thousands of great restaurants and bars. It was also surprisingly quiet and peaceful, given its location! The A/C worked perfectly and was a game changer. Hosts were so attentive and helpful, and the place was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great shower too!! Highly recommend.
We loved staying here. Fabrizio was so welcoming and helped to arrange car pickup to and from the airport for us. It is a cozy but very quiet location just 2 blocks from the gate entrance to Trastevere. Rome can be very noisy and this apartment is super quiet! Located in an ideal walking location which enabled us to walk every where---all the tourist sites are within 10-20-30 minutes depending on where you are going. It is 1 block in from the river, 2 blocks from Trastevere (shops, restaurants, bars, great night scene) and John Cabot University. We were a party of 2 friends and my daughter came to visit from American College of Rome for a few nights. Nice kitchen/living room area, 2 bedrooms and a good hot shower in the bathroom. We appreciated the coffee maker and pods for those chilly mornings. There is a lovely terrace outside of the front door and a gorgeous rooftop terrace above the apartment. It was very cold when we visited but we did sit on the roof one afternoon and enjoyed a glass of wine and the beauty of the botanic gardens behind the building. As two women traveling without our husbands, we felt very safe in this location and appreciated the little extras that Fabrizio did to make our stay better. If you want a quiet, well located, cozy spot, this is a great spot with gracious hosts. We will be back in May to pick up our daughter from her program and we were sad that it was already booked.
This area is the best place to stay when visiting Rome it is within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions and nestled in a quiet street next to the botanical gardens it is quiet except for the birds chirping!
The hosts are friendly, helpful and gave us a great list of restaurants and places to visit. The unit is lovely with all the amenities we needed to stay in a home away from home. Thank you Stefano.

I recommend Vicky and her family to anyone. Believe me, they are delightful hosts, extremely kind and polite, real gentlemen. Throughout the stay they were always very kind and left the house in an extraordinary way, perhaps the cleanest and most respectful guests I have ever met. It will be a pleasure to welcome you again in one of our homes if you want to return to Rome. Thank you for everything with all my heart
Visited over the holidays with our two daughters. Fabrizio was a great host, connected us with transfer from FCO, assisted personally with arrival and familiarized us with neighborhood. Cafes, market, cab stand, restaurants, atms, wine shop, etc all within short walking distance. Very quiet location at end of alley. Wish it were warmer to enjoy rooftop terrace! Great spot in our view.
The property was spacious and well equiped. The location was excellent with everything a traveler could need or want within walking distance or a short cab ride. The proprietor was very helpful and friendly. We just really enjoyed the place and the location. If you are driving in, this is the perfect place, it has this huge garage. Just a warning though, if you are driving make yourself very familiar with the ZTLs of Rome - Google it.
I liked this apartment a lot. The upstairs patio makes the space so very gracious and hospitable. The kitchen also is quite large for an European kitchen. It would have been very lovely to have a few extra towels and to have some updated pots and pans for the kitchen. The only other thing is that the actual apartment is smaller than what the pictures make it seem to be. Beyond that, our hosts were lovely and it was a great stay. Also, the location is wonderful. So serene and peaceful next to the park.
We stayed 7 nights and wish it was more. Fabrizio, the owner/host was incredibly helpful and always available. The property was perfectly located and we walked everywhere without the need for public transportation. The shops and restaurants were great and we enjoy some of the best food ever. It was perfect and the home was the base. Thank you to Fabrizio. We hope to return in the future.
