Portland in Beadnell, Northumberland sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.
Portland is a stunning seafront property on the popular Harbour Road in Beadnell. Beautifully designed and thoughtfully furnished throughout from companies such as Barker & Stonehouse, it makes an ideal holiday home for families or friends wanting to stay together in close proximity to the sea. Beadnell is a charming coastal village on the edge of farmland and the dune fringed stretch of Beadnell Bay. Being the only west-facing harbour on the east coast, it makes it an enchanting place to watch the sunset.
ACCOMMODATION
GROUND FLOOR
Entrance into the open plan lounge/kitchen/ dining room.
Kitchen (well equipped) with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Breakfast bar with stools.
Dining area with table and chairs for 8 guests and access onto patio area.
Lounge area with 2 large comfortable sofas, coffee table, bean bags for the children, large flat screen TV, Netflix, DVD player and a selection of books and games.
Utility room with sink, washer, dryer, 2nd fridge/freezer and ice maker.
FIRST FLOOR
Access via an oak open tread staircase.
Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, TV and en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin.
Bedroom 2 with king-size bed, TV and en suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin.
Bedroom 3 with two single beds, TV and en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin.
SECOND FLOOR
Access to the attic suite via an oak and glass staircase.
Bedroom 4 large with vaulted ceilings, super-king-size bed, TV, walk in wardrobe and sea views.
Shower room with shower, WC and basin.
OTHER FACILITIES
Enclosed rear garden with 'astroturf', table and chairs. Storage chest with outdoor games equipment, bucket and spades, beach gear etc. Private parking (off road for 2 small cars or 1 large car). All power, linen and towels included in the rent. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. £250 refundable security deposit required. Note: Short Breaks are permitted out of Season only - Prime holiday weeks are always full week stays Fri-Fri
