We were a family group of seven - five adults, a 17 year old and and 8 year old and had plenty of room. Communication with the owner and her local representative was very good and a couple of minor issues were responded to quickly. We enjoyed using the hot tub and snooker table. We found it better to walk into Seahouses during the day as finding parking spaces was tricky over the bank holiday weekend.

Property is as stated. Garden area is ideal for children and a dog as it's enclosed. We sat out and ate one night. Hot tub is a fab addition which we used when children went to bed. Not sure if we missed outside lighting apart from one light? We thought some extra lights/fairy lights would be good. Had a slight problem with 2 of the toilets blocking but assumed as there was a plunger beside the toilet it's a known weakness. It cleared without much doing!Great property and would love to return. Might make it an annual trip!!

Family friendly

We arranged a short visit to Northumberland for family from the north and south of England to meet with relations over from America.The house and garden were suitable for young children and the coast very close. The bathrooms and bedrooms were smart and comfortable and downstairs was well laid out for family living.

The property was very clean and well appointed. The hosts were friendly, easy to contact and replied quickly to any messages. The house was a short walk from the beach and about a 15 minute walk from Seahouses. It is on a type of housing estate so there is no view of the sea or beach. A good base for exploring the area.

Lovely house and excellent location

After a two year postponement we finally were able to go ahead with our stay. The house is really well equipped and perfect for a large family - in our case 3 grown up children and 2 of their partners. Lots to do nearby and just a short walk to Seahouses but the house is in a really quiet location. The accommodation was spotless and the owner very helpful. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again.
